I know you said 2005+, but thought I would chime in. I have an '03 with 90K on it. Crew cab, auto, 2wd, 4 1/2 foot bed I believe. It's a great little truck but wish it was 4wd. It does suck on gas mileage but that's ok. It's my summer truck as there is no way I could even get out of my driveway with it in the winters here in north Idaho. We went with a 2013 Titan 4x4 Pro 4x crew cab for winter driving and hauling. My father in laws Frontier just died at 300k, but up until it did, it never gave him a problem. -
Just my 2 cents, but North Idaho is a great place to be. Mountains, rivers, lakes, wildlife everywhere, great fishing and hunting, good gun laws, plenty of small towns (ours has a population of about 2,000), plenty of good priced homes and/or acreage. I can shoot from my porch, ride my ATV into town and literally hunt in my driveway if I choose. I get numerous whitetail bucks in the yard every day and we've had moose in the yard as well. It's a very beautiful place and no shortage of things to keep you busy up here.

I traded my dad for his 6" 686. Was going to sell/trade that away but the wife insists that she be able to keep it as her daily carry. -
I think I'm gonna hurl.

I happened by a local shop I had never been to before today looking for a holster. Imagine my surprise when I saw the shelves stocked with 9mm, .40, 5.56 and .223 all at pre-panic prices. It's been awhile since I've seen .223 going for $9.99 a box. The ammo is still coming in and hopefully the end is in sight.

.40 is getting scarce. Hit 4 stores and found nothing before calling my friends shop. He had 6 boxes of Remington 50 round boxes. Price was $25.99 up from 19.99 the previous week. He did have a case (1000 rounds) of PMC .223 from a guy that owed him money and he was asking $750 cash. Just could not bring myself to do it. Every other store had nothing except for Cabelas which still had tons of Herters 7.62x39 as stated above.
