  1. The FNP45 IS a huge pistol. It is the only one that I cannot put my support hand around the bottom of the mag and still have it where I want it; my hand sits too low, so it has to go "around" the grip like my trigger hand. Best 9mm trigger in the world is the HK P7, but they're out of production. Sexy little pistol. I would say, for a DA/SA polymer frame gun, I'd go for the USP. Even the non match trigger makes you notice it's a good trigger. Sigs are nice, but really large and large featured. They are great duty sidearms, for sure.
  2. Quoting the four rules as mantra is cool and all that, but what about home defense? What if I want to load my rifle and put one in the chamber, safety on, and leave it standing against the corner? What if I am in a residential neighborhood, or an apartment complex where having a gun go off, even in a safe direction, would be very, very, very bad?
  3. Seriously, the people that still think it's a 22 mag should look at some tables.
  4. You guys have my admiration, but, damn, you can keep those peppers. None for me, please.
  5. Man, dude, don't get gibbed by that handle while the lathe is on! Fuuuuuuuuuuuck.
  6. I don't know about you man, but ducking nearly double to get into a room would get OLD. Plus, fire code would take ownership of your butthole for that stunt.
  7. My two cents is: whatever my s12 gets eventually, it will be able to need to blast clays in addition to ground targets. I don't know what sights work for that, my Benelli M4s sights don't.
  8. I bought a gun from them. Of the seven business days it took to get from Lexington KY to Evansville Indiana (a 3 hour drive), 5 of them were them pulling their collective heads out of their asses, figuring out my guy's FFL was already on file, and getting it out the door. The other two were slow ass shipping. Typical bumpkins; not good with that there interweb thingy. Their website credit card checkout looks like something I coded in high school.
  9. If that blackstar has a ti blade, as well as a ti handle, and can lock, I'd be all for buying a couple. Maybe some blade profile options.
  10. No, I don't. People have been charged with it before, I have read, but it's always been part of the "you did something horrible, so we're throwing the book at you" sort of charging. For instance, if you held up a bank and didn't kill anyone, they'd be looking for extra things to hit you with.
  11. The Saiga is NOT a trap gun. It can certainly do well at it, and it works, but it is NOT one. Good trap guns are light, long, they flow and balance well, and they are "pointed" not "aimed." I would recommend trying your luck with a different, traditional shotgun to see if you can isolate your problems. If they are just related to the Saiga, perhaps you can pick something up from your technique with the other gun to fix it. I am not a very good clays shot, but I can hit most of them with an 870, some of them with a Saiga, and none of them with my Benelli M4.
  12. I wish someone would say "Don't touch my kid" and have the TSA guy ignore him, then get the utter shit beaten out of him, on camera, and have it show up on youtube. It would blow most watched video records out of the water.
