I, for one, am glad that Firebird is willing to provide bare receivers. They could just tell us all to fuck off and restrict their sales to complete long guns. Ah yes, the elusive Tac-12, which will be arriving from the worlds slowest anodizing baths in: four, three, two,...?

The drive block link on the T&N website http://www.toothandnailarmory.com/product/TN031.html has no option to indicate which of the two types is being purchased. Are the XN compatible handguards available, too?

All I ask is for the anodizers to get up off of the couch and finish finishing the lowers. One TAC-12 lower in the hand is worth two in her bush...or something like that.

Any suggestions for iron handle/rear sight and iron front sight that have the classic AR15 look and are reasonable priced? Basically iron or alloy sights that are visually and functionally similar to the plastic stock top handle and front sight on the MKA 1919.
