Where can I get some more screws for the rear plate for the titan quad rail, mine came loose and fell out before I noticed them.

I have the chaos Titan extended rail on my saiga 12 and all the screws keep coming loose for both the rail and the HK style sights I have tried both blue and red lock tite and it still all comes loose after a few rounds I have lost one of the screws that is located at the back of the rail on the left side by the rear sight. I've gotten so sick of it that I just took it off because it's useless at this point. Any ideas on how to keep the screws from backing out short of pinning them in place?

Went to the range today and put about 150 low brass, and about 40 or so 3 in mag slugs through my s-12 and this fucking charging handle was giving me all kinds of trouble. I did like how it made charging the weapon a little easier but sure enough even with locktite the handle kept coming loose. I cranked on it over and over again thinking that ok this will be the last time but every 45-50 rounds it would start to come loose... looks like back to the drawing board.

I just bought one of these and installed it, looks great and easier and not as permanent as having one welded on. I like how it feels charging it with the vertical handle over the tromix too. Its also a lot lighter than the tromix handle.

Damn. I wish I could have seen the video... What did he do? Point a loaded s-12 at somebody?

I have a AR style aluminum buffer tube on my s-12, I got it from carolina shooters supply. I'm not sure if you will be able to fit a ar buffer tube. It will need holes drilled then a backing plate installed to cover the hole in the back of the reciever. Its just easier to install one made for an AK. I have the veltor one with QD mounts it mounted solid and came with 3 different plates to fit it to the saiga 12. I also have one on my SGL-21 AK they look really good and solid over the plastic tapcos.

The mags have 20 rounds in them when I'm checking them... But I guess the movement is normal. Thanks for all the help guys.

It has a small amount of wobble with tapco polymers. A little more with the eastern European models. Then it's a tight fit with my romak drum and I think it's a Bulgarian steel 40 rounder.

I have some side to side mag wobble with this brand new arsenal saiga AK. I didn't notice it until I went home and was putting in some of my 30rnd mags. It has the movement with steel and tapco polymers. It also has side to side movement with the stock 5rnd mag but I didn't notice it. I thought since I was paying double the price of a romak AK I didn't think the Russian AK would have those issues. Is this normal? Can it be fixed? Any ideas how to fix it?

Yeah that stuff polishes very well. Took a few hours polishing and profiling everything. Easier the second time around. All went smooth except that pin giving me a scare.

I used blue magic from autozone and a dreml tool to polish it. Yeah I was tapping the pin in and it just wouldn't go in the last little bit so I ground it off then lightly used an abrasive buff on the lug then polished it.

I was cleaning my saiga the other day and I noticed that the pin that holds the two halfs of the bolt together was out. I poked it with a pick and it was very loose. So i researched a little and found that I guess if you take the pin out and deform one end a little it will stay in. So I did this today and when I was tapping the pin back in it got stuck about 1/64 of an inch about a hair from being all the way in. So I tried tapping it out and it would come out so I just decided to grind off the little piece that wasn't flush and polish the whole lug. Is that okay to do? I didn't really find a

What kind of metal polish works best when polishing the bolt and carrier? The red rouge just doesn't seem to work very well. Thanks.

I have 3 ports. 1 is half covered by the gas block. I was having all kinds of issues with ftf and fte then I did the polish on the bolt and carrier and this problem stuck around. Mmm... Under gassed. I also have the MD arms 5 position plug. And the CSS gas puck.

Would the size of the ports be any issue with this failure?

Haha. In my previous post I said my federal slugs are shorter than the birdshot. I meant I didn't want the slugs to not feed. Make sense? Maybe I worded it weird. I use a mix of slugs and buckshot for home defense. I have polished the bolt and carrier, did the grip conversion, and this is now the only failure I get. I'd like it to run perfectly.

Did you guys profile the hood at all? I see there's a small angle in the bottom of the hood. On the flat part of the hood, not the angled part that starts the bolts rotation. Should I take that angle down a bit or polish only? It's the federal bulk pack from Wally world. 1 1/8 oz shot. I can shoot Remington bulk without these failures for the most part. But federal will jam up like in the picture every 60-70 rounds or so. It concerns me because the federal slugs I have are shorter than the birdshot. And if I have my saiga for home defense I don't want to be having these failures if someo

I need a gun smith that can install a barrel hood extention. I have my saiga running perfectly on all sorts of low and high brass. But the only failure I get is FTF getting caught on the barrel hood. Where can I have this done? Price?
