  1. I just finished my conversion on my .410 by following the videos on CSS and using the CSS conversion kit. I had the hammer spring tied up on the original hammer that came with it from the factory, instead of putting the spring on the tapco hammer, i kept it on the saiga hammer and finished my conversion. I completely forgot to use the tapco hammer. Everything functions fine, the safety works, the trigger works etc. Do I need to tear it down again and use the tapco hammer, or can i keep it as is with a tapco trigger kit and original supplied saiga hammer? Thanks
  2. Thanks for the response, Mark! Just to be clear this is a .410 saiga from TGI. I removed everything on the inside, and then proceeded to drill out the rivets holding the original trigger guard. The middle hole came out well, but the other two came out a little wider.
  3. .410 conversion kit with billet guard and tapco g2 trigger Any idea when that will be back in stock? Id really like one! THanks
  4. Any info would be appreciated to lessen my stress on this shit job i did!
  5. Im confused and upset by all of the misinformation on the Mini Dracos. -They don't have any US parts on them. -922r does not apply to them. -They are not assembled by Century Arms. -They are built and assembled in Cugir, Romania by S.C. Uzinele Mecanice Cugir S.A. I kind of like mine a lot.
  6. Ive been watching some conversion videos, they seem very helpful. During my conversion can I remove the factory BHO without any problems?
  7. I just got my first Saiga .410 from TGI thru J&G Sales. It appear to have a bolt hold open. It also has a weird scratch/bead blasted looking square on the side of it. Here are some pictures. Will this gun still be able to be converted to an AK style pistol grip and stock, or is the BHO mechanism in the way? I wasn't sure if this is how they came form the factory or if it was a mod done here before they were sold. Thanks
  8. Ah I gotcha, sounds good. Did you use some kind of krylon/spray paint, or is there a special gun paint out there? Ive got a nato length butt stock from an ak74 build, that should just fit in there if i cut the holes for the nylon plugs? It also uses the same pistol grip system as an ak74/47?
  9. Thanks guys. I think ill get the carolina shooters one. Is their billet trigger guard worth the extra $20?
  10. I have a saiga .410 factory set up right now. I want to put an AK pistol grip on it, put an AK stock on it, and be able to use hi cap magazines. What parts do I need? -Tapco trigger kit -rivets? -Bullet guide? or is this only for an x39 conversion? Thanks for the help.
