  1. first thank you for the response. second I don't want to cancel my order. Next, I think when you said "...shipping tonight." I misunderstood you.... I do have my emails where i followed up on the dates mentioned above. Suffice to say that serves no purpose. We have communicated. I look forward to getting the product.
  2. Well I ordered my BASTARD on 2-7-13 (almost two months ago.) My debit card said my account was deducted on 2-11-13 for a transaction initiated on 2-8-13 I received my email receipt from Texasakdesigns on 2-8-13 and also an email from Will asking me if I wanted him to include the LRBHO open asking it i wanted to add that to my order. I declined to add it. I got this email from Nathan at Texasakdesigns on Feb 7. " TAKD Sales <sales@texasakdesigns.com> Feb 7 to Neil <trinc.nc@gmail.com> That is it.... it is logged. I’ll put this to our AK grip

  5. Saiga 223 Added a different stock I had put an ACE folding stock on my WASR Wanted to change on my Saiga, and instead of a folding stock decided to go with a M4 style stock Started with: Got the Saiga stock adapter, pig nose adapter, and cut the tang on the rear trunnion. Now it looks like this;
  6. just the plain simple that steel is heavier than polymers and aluminum. The stamped receiver, non-threaded front trunnion, pressed in barrel and pin, steel rivet construction, and heavy steel BCG and steel piston....it is cheap to manufacture and most any peasant can do it. I think ergos and weight were the last thing on the communists minds when they developed this and most anything in their economy. To make it lighter it would look the same but a lot more expensive gun - Thread the barrel, and mount it to a aluminum threaded front trunnion - make the receiver from a machine
  7. Just checking with those of you that ordered a MSA AR saiga 223 Mag well adapter. I ordered mine on 21st of July, 13 days ago and other than my order confirmation, nothing yet. I sent and email to MSA on 6 days ago and never heard back. Sent a follow up again today. Is this customary from what you guys experienced? TRguy
  8. Bullet Guide & MSA AR Mag Adapter I have a converted Saiga 223, the bullet guide is installed and uses Galil mags My question, will the MSA adapter I have on order work properly with the bullet guide installed with AR mags. so I would be able to use both the AR mags with the adapter in and the Galil mags when the adapter is out. Thanks in advance, TRguy
  9. Trunnion Pics prior to MSA conversion anyone? Does anyone have pictures of the Saiga 223 front trunnion prior to the cuts made for the MSA adapter? More of a curiosity for comparison, want to see approximately the amount of material that needs to be cut away. Thanks in advance. TRguy
