I have heard from severale people now that a person who has the leagal right to purchase class III, (depending on your state) but cant get cleo sig can set up a living trust, then purchase them through it, and as long as hes in charge of the trust, he can possess such gun. I have heard this from a number of people now, but cant find it in the BATF language as a living trust. All i have found is that , a class III firearm can be inharrited, and the person getting it doesn't have to have the signature, if the person can legally possess a firearm. Does any one know a lawyer, in houston TX
