  1. Yeah I'm sitting watching and it's turning into shit.  Feinstien just asked the pres "what about weapons of war on our streets?".  She is so out of touch, listing so many popular weapons as weapons of war.  These libs have been spouting so much crap for decades that they now believe their own bogus propganda.  My question is, Why isn't anyone talking about the real deadly problems in our society?  Traffic deaths in 2015 - 35485, 2016 - 37461, 2017 estimated to be 40000 plus.  What about alcohol related deaths, 88000. 2200 of which were from alcohol poisening.  Drug overdose - 63600 plus.  These are annual numbers.  I guess the politicians don't want to hurt anyones feelings.

  2. The number one financier, George Soros.  He will have his hands elbow deep in this.  Eliminate him from the equation and the whole thing folds and disappears.  Just the sight of that NAZI collaborator and his stupid ass smile makes me want to puke.  Wonder how fast he can run.  What boggles my mind is that Antifa protests fascism using fascist tactics strait out of the SA playbook. They should be honored with a designation of a terrorist organization.

The NRA is defending the overall second amendment right, and has done a pretty good job considering the massive power thrown against it.

Im more than happy to sacrifice a piece of mall ninja crap for the overarching importance of maintaining the full range of firearms we have now.

Its best to fight the battles that are the most important.

From the beginning of the slide fire and trigger activator crap I knew it was inevitable that nothing good would come from it.

    BH

The overall right? No. They are defending gun ownership for fudd stuff, not the universal ability to defend ourselves with equal or better arms against aggressors whether they be individuals, mobs, or governments. That's the 2A right, and it hasn't been a part of the NRA's rhetoric to the public or to legislators in my lifetime. It is during fundraising, kinda.

You raise an interesting point and question. I'm not sure if you can get a bumpstock to work on a bipod. Anyone know?

There was a company located in Louisiana that made the "Recoil Rail".  The're no longer in business. The rail mounted under the handguard and used either a grip or a bipod with a bumpstock. It was spring loaded and increased the efficiency of the bump stock. No slow down in cyclic rate, complete mag dumps without stoppages.  They had gotten into a tiff with Slide Fire for using their name in the ads and Utube vids.

That was the Akins Accellerator. Bill Akins sold his rights to Fostech, who was a member here at the time to market their $400 bump stock.

Naw Gun.  I know what the Accellerator was and also what the Bumpski is.  This was in fact a rail that enclosed springs and it mounted to a rail and you could mount a grip or a bipod to it.  If you search it there may still be rements of info still on it. I almost bought one but opted for 2k GT 76239.

  4. Just a few weeks ago I finally settled with the VA on a disability claim that I filed in Nov 2008.  It was found in my favor and I received back pay to the date of filing.  What a relief.  Anyway, Yes I spent a small portion on my favorite pastime.  I purchased a Vepr 12 and the necessary parts to complete it. Also, I purchased a Vepr 762x39 w/16" barrel and a Vepr 762x54R w/20" barrel.  I figured I'd better get these as I doubt they will ever come off of the "sanction list".  So now to get busy and eliminate the wooden thumbhole stocks.  Add to that the necessary parts to build another Yugo RPK with a 16" bbl. That will be fun.

  6. Last night at 2311 hrs I placed an order for 4 magazines from CSSPECS.  The price was right as they were on sale.  At 0115 hrs aprx I received an email from CSSPECS.  The email was a confirmation that the magazines had shipped.  WTF.....that kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is almost nonexistant in today's world.  I am so amazed at the service I received there isn't any question where I will buy all of my mags from now on!!!  THANK YOU CSSPECS for service above and beyond what is normal.  I recommend to anyone who is wondering, don't hesitate to part with your money when dealing with CSSPECS.

  7. WOW!!!  Been away for awhile tending to life.  Just finalized a 9 year old request for increase in VA disability. They approved my increase and sent my back pay.  So imagine my surprise when I logged on and saw Mike's letter and  Cspecs response.  I have been waiting to place an order from Cspecs until I had the cash.  Now that I do I'm ready to pull the trigger and too toss my 2 cents into the ring, it would be most awesome and acceptable if they were to reach an agreement with MD Arms to produce the Saiga dbl stack.

  8. I really think this pres is fracking nuts.  He wont even look you in the eye while he sticks the knife in.  So I guess that since I draw my ssdi, and want to travel I would have to appoint my sister as designated payee to handle my finances.  Using that scenario I would qualify to be tossed into the category that strips my gun rights WITHOUT due process. HMMMM.......  The next question will be,  when will this poser try and implement an old German program named Aktion T4.  This program first focused on children and then adults to eliminate "Lebensunwertes Leben" (lives unworthy of life.  Seems like the last 7 years could be compared to 20s,30s,40s Germany.  I've got my representatives on speed dial.

  9. The week before last a couple of bills flashed through the legislature and headed to the desk of Gov. Pence.  They finally got it right concerning SBS.  There was a quote that since the Feds have them covered then there wasn't any reason to disallow SBSs' in Indiana. The other was an open carry bill.   I haven't seen the results.  There suddenly was 24/7 coverage of a pizza joint in Walkerton (population - not many) where the teenage daughter of the owner told a news reporter that anyone is welcome into their Christian based business, but that if they were specifically asked to provide pizza at a gay wedding they would pass on the business.  The firearm bills are a step in the right direction but Im gonna pass on the left's baiting concerning religious issues.  Gotta find out about the gun bills.  Maybe if I have time to sit down and breathe I'll get an answer.

I could see a complete ban and criminalization of airsoft guns comming.

THAT I wouldn't mind so much... Neighbor's stupid kid dented up my siding with a FA airsoft.

Blame the kid not the gun. Why should everyone suffer because he was being an idiot? Feels weird defending the 2nd when referring to a toy gun. bad_smile.gif

Because its a toy designed for children, not a tool intended for use by adults that can do prison time if they use irresponsibly.

To tell the truth, I would go after the parent, but there's no blood in that turnip.

I agree with all but have to take exception to Max.  Wait until you have to deal with an overzealous childsupport prosecutor.  They will find a way to get blood from that turnip. lol  .

  11. It looks like Im a little late to this party but I'll add a little.  Last year I used a Mako recoil absorbing stock and a limbsaver pad.  200 rds 1st time out and didn't feel a thing afterwards.  This year I did a makeover and am using an Enidine buffer with Magpul stock and limbsaver pad.  Also a 21 port muzzle brake.  Haven't been out yet.  Last 4 mos I have been preoccupied with finding my missing child so I haven't finished yet.  Still have to paint and dip.  Take a look at IronHammerArmory. They have a new rear trunion made for mil spec M4/AR stock tubes.  Also, NoKickdotcom is a good starting point for anti-recoil parts.

To all my brothers and sisters in the Saiga circle and all of the firearms lovers in this great land we call the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  We all know there is a man that calls himself the President.  He sits in that office but is not presidential.  I have NO respect for Barack Hussien Obama just as I had no respect for William Jefferson Clinton.  Remember they are just men.  The Office of the President of the United States of America still deserves our respect.  If I offend some of you then you should do some soul searching for that is not the intent of this Rant.  While reading many of the comments today concerning the latest snafu Obama has perpetrated on the citizenry, the commonality that caught my eye was the amount of people who were more concerned with the future prices and also had the "Oh Woah Is Me" mentality.  We should all be so steaming hot pissed off that letters and email should already be flooding Washington. To sit and say things like "this will not get lifted, look at Polytech" is nothing more than a defeatist attitude and you act like you have already had your asses handed to you on a broken platter.

This man Obama has probably become mentality incompetent to hold the office he does.  We have no business telling Russia what to do nor does our government have the right to unilaterally shut off commerce with a neighbor who not long ago was a mortal enemy.I doubt that much thought went into the decision for writing the executive order halting imports products from the companies who are the closest to and support President Putin.  All of those CEOs should have the cahonas to speak their mind but probably don't because if not for the leadership in Russia, they might not be in business today.  (my opinion, no fact to back it up).  By placing sanctions against the Russian Businesses who is really getting hurt.  It is the average Russian citizen.  No work, no pay. But here they just hold out their hand and all is fine.  Im not dissing people who really need our safety net to stay alive and healthy.  I am one of those also.  I paid my dues for 40 years. As Im sure many others have.  What was designed as a safety net in the event someones situation changed and left them high and dry has become a way of life for a majority of citizens here.  There income is directly tied to how many times  the female spreads her legs and pops out another child who will NEVER know the stability of family nor the love that family brings.  That child is nothing more than an asset to it's mother.    Sorry for the side rant.  I Love this Country and the principles on which it was founded and that we used to do things based on the rule of law.  Still do to a point, but then again a lot of shit gets swept under the rug.  Why aren't more people screaming and expressing total disgust with the action of the govt.  Marching on the capitol and creating civil unrest.  It has happened before and it was in many of our lifetimes.  Im not going to rehash who was right and who was wrong, but a majority of Americans were sick and tired of the direction the country was headed in the 60s and the goings on in Washington.  They changed the face of the nation and also the direction of the nation. What happened to the attitude of our parents and grandparents where they knew that United they could make a difference and did.  Has that attitude disappeared into the living rooms and video games where people live in fantasy worlds or into other areas where folks just sit around drinking their 40's all day and smoking their blunts thus putting them in a stupor where they don't care anymore.  I for one am damn mad that we have a person sitting in the Office of the Most Powerful Leader in the world and he is systematically dismantling our rights and no one gives a shit.  I challenge all members of this forum to write letters, send emails, phone offices, and let our elected representatives that 'WE ARE MAD AS HELL AND NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE".  I'm sure that somewhere there is a Federal Judge who fells the same way but needs the people behind his decisions to put a hold on each and every exectutive order until the legality of those can be decided upon on a case by case basis.  Then if things are still out of control the mechanics are then in place to relieve our president of his duties.  If our elected officials are afraid or being threatened and coerced by their opponents then it is the responsibility of 'WE THE PEOPLE' to make sure that our great nation is no longer the laughing stock of the world.  I thank you if you have read this in its entirety and if you didn't I can only ask that you take the time and read it.

  13. I didn't realize that I hadn't been online in such a long time.  Those pics are awesome Mike.  Just my 2 cents worth.......my preference would be mags in the length of the Izzy 8 or an SGM 10 length.  Sure, the ultra long max round mags would be cool, but is cool always practical?  How ya gonna sneak around in the bush with a mag longer than a horse dick hanging out the bottom????   Well, Im back to trying to find my son.....his mother took off with him at the beginning of April and no one seems to know where they are at.  She can run, but not hide.  So Mike, hurry up with the DS, I might need some real soon.....lol.

  14. Whoa.....ole boy really f'd himself on that one.....I bet his ole lady was happy with that $100,000 grand check.  That entire scenario prob took less than 1/10th of a second.  He never knew what happened and there wasn't any pain.  Its not like it happened in slow mo and he had time to reflect on what was happening.  Sorry for the lighthearted attitude but.......Sometimes in certain professions you have to steel yourself to real world scenario's that some don't walk away from.  You should see what the tail rotor of an HH53 rotary wing heavy lift will do to a Fire Team when the pilot fucks up.   So before you judge me, seen that and almost done that.  And yes I was glad it wasn't me......

  15. Hey Goose,  I don't see how you will start an argument.  We are all here to help each other.  As long as you don't do anything illegal you're good to go.  You are starting in the right place by thinking DINZAG.  Brian is one heck of a guy and very helpful.  Drop him an email first and explain what you want to do.  Then ask him exactly the parts and tools you will need.  He will email you back with the list to order and probably some pointers.  Go from there.  You won't be sorry.  Yeah,  I know I sound like an ad for DINZAG.  He is a strait shooter that has helped many forum members achieve their ultimate goals customizating their rifles and shotttys.

  16. Ok guys and gals I need some help.  Normally I would think I was going nuts but I know I saw this item.  What it is for is to reduce recoil in front mount grips and bipods.  It is a machined unit that mounts under the front handguard and then hand grips can mount to it.   I originally saw this intertwined within videos of Fostec Bump Fire and Slide Fire stocks.  The way it was being used somehow helped the controllability of bump fireing.  The company was asked by both Fostec and Slide Fire to not reference their product in the adds any longer. It is an interesting item, a little pricey, but interesting.

I am hoping that someone else saw the ads and/or demo videos and could get me back on track.  Thanks in advance if you can help me.

  17. I get that Spacehog. I want to know how mine were put together and if they were done to my standards. Simple solution.  I would do this too.  Tear the rifle down as if you were going to convert yourself.  Then when you put it back together you can technically claim that you built it yourself.  But you would know how good it was......
