  1. DIY or a vender here? I know Pauly swirls the bottom of the carriers. Either way, looks great! Can't wait to get mine back from Pauly, I had a left side handle installed on mine.
  2. What kind of pet will fit into a 12ga hull other than bugs and mice?
  3. I went through a lawyer here in SC that started doing them a few years ago. He was very knowledgable and we did all our dealings over the phone. You could meet at his law office (his first preference) or do it all over the phone, which I did. His fee was like $150 iirc. James Anderson of the Anderson/Oyer law firm. He emailed me a brief draft, I sent their office a check, and then he emailed the full trust.

    Wax Slugs

I shot two of the 10 I made with candle wax yesterday out of my 870 with no issues. Made a nice single hole per shot into a water heater. I loaded them through the breech individually though, didn't try to cycle them throughout the tube. As long as you don't add weight to the round, you should be safe (no excess pressure in the barrel). The issue with individual pellets falling out into the trigger and binding it shouldn't be a problem if you stop adding pellets to the shell with a gap of 1/16 to 1/8 left in the shell and top it off with wax. I wouldn't leave them in a shotgun just sitt
  6. Yeah, please edit and put a NSFW in your original link. I was expecting like a swimsuit calender or something. Its just common courtesy. Thanks.
  7. This is the first time I have been able to post here from my IPad. The new forum layout seems to have fixed it... I am currently using the Terra browser and love it!
  8. Holy moly! I can finally post from my IPad!!!!!!!!
  9. Why not just keep count of how many you've fired.. If counting to (or backward from) 8 is hard, maybe you shouldn't be shooting a gun anyway.. Cause if the poopoo hits the fan at your house or something, you probably won't be going "1,2,3,4 OH SNAP another guy just went by my other window, 5, 6, Crap! Did he just shoot my dog? 7, 8, I better change mags now......" I'd rather go BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM. Quick look down while repositioning in my hallway, 2 rounds left. BOOM, reload (saves from cycling bolt). Also, when the zombie apocalypse occurs, you may bust 3-4 z
  10. I got my 3x 8 round mags today. I decided to add holes on the rear of the mag to tell how many rounds are left when firing. I started by loading a round in the mag to give a start point, then stacking rounds on the outside of the mag as they would lay in the mag. I initially made the marks on the left side of the mags where the brass/metal portion would show but that lands it right in the middle of the support rib that runs inside along the back of the left/right sides to guide the rounds/follower. So, I transferred the marks to the rear of the mag, to the left of the molding seam in the c
  11. Haha! Reminds me of this: You know that is cheating, right?
  12. I used the internal receiver block with the allen head screws through the old holes as well. Of course, I also built my PSL with Allen screws instead of rivets also, and it has held up just fine......
  13. Yeah, I just got one at a gun show one week ago, new in box unconverted for $579 out the door. I thought it was a good deal, so I went for it. I've already gotten and installed the conversion kit myself, and have the bolt / FCG at Pauly's Steelin' Fabrication getting a glass bolt and left charging handle addition. I also have an auto plug and MD arms puck and 20 rd drum on the way. All of the ones I've seen locally until the gun show were going for $700-800. I think if anyone knew where $300 saigas were, they'd blow some cash and stock up for resale.....
  14. I just picked up a 19" 12C EXP-01 today at a gun show in Greenville, SC. I was looking for a sxs shotty to sbs, but have wanted a saiga 12 for a while. Once the prices started to climb, I figured I'd just live without one. So around here, even stock configuration ones were going for $700-$800. I walked up to a table near the end of my roaming, and see a Saiga 12 on its box with a price of $530! So, I pick it up and hold onto it for dear life, waiting for one of the dealers to look over at me (it was a large, busy vendor) I asked about it, and they took Credit Cards (didn't pack that muc
