Tell you what. I will give you half the answer. Take the gas plug out and look where it lines up. Low brass has lower pressure so it needs to let more gas flow past the gas plug to push the bolt and carrier back. later

Seriously? It's removing two pins entirely, assembling an FCG that only goes together one way and only fits in the hole one way, inserting a hammer and spring, and then a shepherd's crook or equivalent... It's basically legos, how would it "bee" cheaper in the long run? It's the cheapest way to convert! Now reliability tuning, re-profiling, and polishing is where you can really run into trouble but that's only $100. I'm not understanding the problem here, it's not like this is an AR-15 or 1911. it will bbe cheaper than having to have someone else fix somthing that gets messed up

That looks right. But as many people who have put a folder or AR adapter on their Saigas, there should be bazillions of rear trunnios floating aroud. Thats what I thought!!! help a brother out people!!

If you don't feel comfortable doing it don't, it will bee cheaper in the long run.

Tube is going to be used on my build I decided. Open to trades for the trigger guard. Looking for are rear trunnion for S-12 and Surefire mags. Also I have to AGP MAGS for trade for surefire mags
