Ok no problem about that then. I just have to find a spring that is small enough to fit in the hole because a standard pen spring is just a hair big.
Thank you for your help
I basically threaded little more than halfway. The Adapter i have from 14x1 to 24mm makes it as if i had threaded all the way so the 74 brake hits the FSB and will not time. Thats why i drilled a hole in the FSB so i can set up a plunger or pin and spring set. The hole i made is 3/16 so i dont know if the average plunger or pin will fit?
Hey guys, i drilled a 3/16 hole on the FSB and was wondering if this is big enough for a spring and plunger pin from k-var's?
And to add to my original question.. what pin and spring combo should i choose from them? too many to choose from lol
Oh wow thank you! I can confirm that the front lip does clear the trunnion. As you said spot where the adapter mars when i hit it with a mallet and i saw 2 on the rounded edges of the front lip so im gunna try that. Everything is clears perfectly
Alright guys so overall fitting the adapter was SIMPLE. BUT im stumped on this part... As you can or cannot see in the picture is that im SOOO very close for the adapter to finally be seated. The adapter i suspect is stuck somewhere on the magazine catch and i cannot press it up anymore... I havent tried a rubber mallet yet although i probably should. Does anyone think there is a spot on the adapter i should shave off?
