  1. Does punching the pins out dent the receiver at all? I'm worried it might press the reciever to lump inwards slightly.
  2. Can the pins be punched out without deforming the receiver inwards? I will drill out rivits otherwise. My gun is converted btw. Previous owner kept old tigger pins as hole plugs. I thought he cut the triger off the axis pin, but i guess u can remove pins and re-rerivit the pins back on.
  3. Can the rear trigger be punch out from the left? All guides I seen, its drilled out from right. I figure this way, the pins can be kept and reused.
  4. My Saiga can cycle 2 3/4 #7.5 shot on setting one. Is my saiga over gassed? It doesn't do it relably, jams every 2nd or 3rd rnd. But I bet it will cycle whole mag if i hold the gun tightly.
  5. Hello, what is the Saiga 12 reciever based off? I want the stock to match the receiver.
  6. Its fine... its only wrong if you claim you claim you thought of the idea yourself. basic honesty
  7. Thanks guys, Can you guys provide links for the FCG? Russian made, or US made, doesn't matter, longs its good price/ quality. My U.S. export agent is based in Wethersfield. If I reused my original trigger guard, does it have to be spot welded? I'll buy a after market if its can be bolt on. Much easier for me and not perm. Also good place to buy a AK full stock?(can't have folding or telescoping in NZ)
  8. Is it necessary to buy a new FCG parts to complete the forward trigger mod? I'm posting from New Zealand, so I'm not sure if you guys are doing that to be 922r compliant or otherwise. I'm looking to buy a S12 soon, and I have never owned a AK pattern rifle before. Stuff I'm buying to complete forward trigger mod: AK stock, AK pistol grip, Q is, is the original trigger and trigger guard reusable for forward trigger mod?
