  1. All the LGS are out. Missed that one at $850. Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, I suppose.
  2. Looking for a new "unconverted" saiga 12. I've found a few around the $1000 mark which is a little nuts imho. Anyone know of a vendor or something who is still selling them at a reasonable price? All the big guys are out.
  3. Posted a WTB ad, dgyver responded with the stock I was looking for, described it perfectly, sent pics, etc. Shipped quick. Even threw in 2 brand new sets of mounting screws in different lengths. Great transaction. Thanks!!
  4. Purchased a DPH skeleton stock from this guy. Exactly as described. Shipped quick. Thanks!

  5. Received this item in the mail today. Exactly as described and what I was looking for. Thanks a bunch!!
  6. For sale: Everything left over from a saiga 12 conversion. This gun was brand new, taken to the range one time to verify function, then stripped down and converted. All items removed carefully. The trigger guard is 100% complete and mint, stock is mint, trigger parts, etc. You get everything in the photo except the hogue grip. Also included is the factory BHO and spring, didn't make it to the picture. $40 shipped for it all, or best offer. First "I'll take it" gets it. Hoge Handall Grip Sleeve. Model 17210. This grip is brand new, never used, in the factory package. This is
  7. Looking for a DPH skeleton. Any length. Would prefer shorter than 9", but if that is all that is out there, it will work. Condition must be good. New would be great, Used is ok, minor imperfections, slight rubs are fine. No deep scrapes, scuffs, drop damage, or anything major please. Looking to pay around $40. Can pay more depending on condition. Let me know what you have and how much. Please post pics. I have all of the factory parts left over from a conversion to trade as well. Factory stock, front grip, trigger parts, bho, trigger guard, etc. Gun was taken to the ran
  8. Just an update. Finally got around to ordering some parts and tearing this gun apart.. Posting here to sort of catalog what I've done. Bits and pieces: CSS saiga 12 bolt on trigger guard & Safety stop (Billet aluminum, nice piece) Saiga 12 modified Bold Hold Open (Much thicker than original piece.. Had to further mod the hammer for clearance) Tapco G2 Double hook trigger group Internal receiver block / stock adapter Axis pin retaining plate Gun mods thus far: Cut off rear tang flush Elongated front trigger guard bolt hole 1/8th inch to accept css trigger guard Opened all
  9. The UTG AR-15 Combat sniper will not fit the saiga 12, not even with the grip adapter. Its not even close. Even if you cut it down and milled it out where necessary, it would not be the same grip. Just thought I'd throw that out there as a warning for anyone in the future researching this mod. The CSS trigger guard is made of aluminum and seems to be a nice, solid piece. Not too thin, and has a great look to it that matches the Saiga. I did have to elongate the front hole in my reciever about 1/16th" to make it fit. Not sure if the guard was drilled wrong, or the reciever was drill
  10. As a business owner myself, and knowing how much a price hike affects sales, I'd say keep the glass bolt as-is for $99. Offer the upgrade for $25 more. Then also offer the grooved trigger for sale as a stand alone piece. You can crank out batches and sell both the service and the trigger alone. Don't do trade ins on the triggers. You never know what has happened to an item in another person's hands. It could have been annealed for all you know. Unless you plan on checking every piece with a micrometer, checking rockwell hardness, and magnafluxing every trigger you take as a trade,
  11. There is always the AR15 grip adapter. I have one on order, and am going to try it with an ar15 UTG combat sniper grip. We'll see how that all plays out.. I'll give a report on it as soon as I get the parts on the gun. The UTG is nice, fat, double palm swell, rubberized, seems to be made very well. Probably going to have to modify it to get it on the S12 though.
