  1. http://nationalreport.net/17-texas-kindergarteners-contract-ebola-exposure-liberian-foreign-exchange-student/ Anybody heard this on the mainstream propaganda arm of our government? Treason is what the White House and those who refuse to stop flights from the Ebola hotspots are guilty of! 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined und
  2. Remember this is the same CDC that says the Ebola is transmitted only by body fluids & feces. Tell me pray tell how a doctor trained to keep shit, spit, semen and blood off of himself contracted Ebola. Methinks the CDC is full of crap.
  3. Do it bubba! You can always get some more .22lr. What you can't get is the missed time to have fun with something that you loved enough to hang onto since 1969. If I have a chance to shoot with one of my kids I don't pass it up. Ammo can be replaced but shooting time with them is precious to me.
  4. I gave my Dad this Nylon 66 years ago. He passed in 1988 and I took over ownership. I detail cleaned it a year or two ago. Had so much fun with him and this rifle that I found sand and all kinds of crap in there. Not too tough if you pay attention. remington_66.pdf
  5. Just ordered 3. WIth the Coupon for 5% off they are $54.58 including shippiing. I have Russian 8 rounders and I am interested to see how these compare at half the price (or less in my case). 1911
  6. IMHO there is plenty of room and respect for all shooters; One mans floor is another mans ceiling. It's all good. I enjoy it all.
  7. What a shame this whole mess has become. Pauly started out with great promise and excellent work. I am truly saddened to see this fiasco. Best of luck to all. 1911
  8. Below is the law but I have to say that I find those two jokers appearance alarming. Concealed carry has never been questioned. These types of jokers are bad news for the average gun owner. The General Firearms Laws of The State of Texas: In Texas, it is generally illegal to carry a handgun outside of a person’s own premises. However, a person may carry, either open or concealed, in a non-threatening or alarming manner, a shotgun or rifle. However even with a handgun, in Texas, there are several places where a person may possess a handgun legally without the benefit of a Texas Concealed
  9. Huntertown Arms .45 Suppressor (pre-ordered) and a Bar-Sto Commander threaded barrel (on order).
  10. Thanks for the help! Exactly what I needed and couldn't find. 1911
  11. Just looked and didn't see one. Price isn't the issue, just finding one is. Thanks for the tip even though no go. 1911
  12. April 1, 2014 URGENT NOTICE TO: All Registered ATF eForms users As you are aware for several weeks the eForms application has been experiencing some technical problems that have rendered the application difficult or impossible to use. We apologize for the issues that our customers have been experiencing. We have been diligently working to resolve these issues and have sought the assistance of IT systems experts. Those experts have advised us of one major problem; that the eForms system is NOT designed to accept batch uploads. We have noted that several of our registered eForms us
  13. I have used the Bagmaster Pro-Shooter's Bag Large for many years. You can take 4 pistols/revolvers 2 sets of ears, ammo and a few tools and pasters. I generally take a smaller bag as well when shooting rifle/shotgun to tote ammo and a spotting scope. I find it easy to wind up lugging a bunch of stuff that I don't really need. A few tools and I'm good to go. YMMV 1911
  14. Took the wife, son and some friends to Cabela's early Saturday morning. Walked away with 1,000 rounds of CCI .22LR each for $45.00 each. Glad to restock.
  15. I notice they have them marked up to $5.14 each now. I got 5 at the 1.40 price and they are still in the sun gradually smelling better. LOL 1911
  16. I got five of them and my bride told me they stunk so bad I had to put them in the garage till I could get them fumigated. Tonight we get home and she's onto me about them smelling up the garage. I'll be glad for some sunny days to put them outside. LOL 1911
  17. Interesting conversation. I think Cobra has a point in that some are more interested in CYA for some reason. I have shipped pistols, shotguns, revolvers and rifles to have repaired, rebuilt or whatever and have never had an issue. The latest being a revolver sent to Sturm Ruger. They looked at it, gave a price and shipped it back to my home. No forms involved. Who knows? LOL 1911
  18. An "E-Form" is when you digitally send in your Trust, Corporation or whatever along with your Form 1 or 4. You pay the tax with a credit card. From what I understand the wait time decreases from 12 months+ to 90 - 120 days. I will be doing a few of htese and see how it works for me.
  19. What the heck is that at 23 seconds? A 12 gauge shell rolls of the table and then goes off? Say what?
  20. There is a whole lot of stupid stuff in this world. That said, the first gun that my bride shot (34 years ago) was my S&W Model 29 8 3/8" barrel .44 Magnum. My dad, who was an NRA certified Pistol, Rifle & Shotgun instructor was along with us. He took her aside for about 20 minutes and came back and darned if she didn't outshoot me with my own revolver. LOL Bottom line is that proper training and preparation avoid all this crap unless you hand them a T-Rex or .500 S&W. 1911
