Mr. T invented rap. Wow. Happy Birthday anyway, T! -
If your's bump fires like mine you are in for a treat. And I don't have the stock.... Looking good!

Where are all the warsaw length black stocks

I noticed that MidwayUSA was on backorder yesterday! Very odd, indeed. -
you prolly could rob. the bad thing is that the triggers on these rifles are not the greatest. i thought about running a timney on my '28, but opted out of it since im not really worried about it. but they def. are very combat acceptable weapons. i think every gun owner should own at least one. I have two words for that. M44! nice m44! It has since reproduced.... ; )

Stoned_Oli replied to saiga47's topic in Second Amendment, 922r & the law
You are compliant without needing a US magazine, so stock up on some good ole' Euro 30 rounders (around $10 each) and enjoy! -
My 09 does not have the step. The date on the manual is 3/11

I like a little of each.

As am I! Mid-Missouri here. And the conversion is easy! I had a slow day at work one day, so I asked for a half day vacation, had time to go to MidwayUSA for the butt, and still finish the conversion that afternoon. A drill, a dremel and some punches was all it took. I used a very careful dremel with a cut-off wheel to do my mag catch, but it was roughed enough to be a touch sticky for the first couple mag changes. It could have went wrong very easily.

My little family... My Saiga makes a bit of a fireball with the AK-74 brake.

No, you cut off the extra at one end, but the front screw goes inside the mag release and the rear screw goes in the normal place. You have to carefully bend the trigger guard to get the spacing right. Of course I bought a new trigger guard at Carolina Supply for mine...

Mine does. I have a Bulgarian AK-74 brake on my 7.62, and it works great. No scrapes, no deflections. But YMMV.

Recomend Me a Sling for my Conversion
Stoned_Oli replied to Nick!'s topic in Saiga Rifle Conversions
I've already spent way too much money on this damn rifle. I'm thinking like 10 bucks shipped! But another 15 and you get one that will last and you can count on! (Of course I got mine for 20....) -
You Might Be A Mall Ninja If...
