    I thought the full auto pin was the 3rd pin? Do the X & Y dimples mean anything?

    I have read on here about X and Y stamps on receiver. Is this where the pins go through the receiver on the railed side? My Arsenal sgl21 and my .410 have them but my 12 does not. Why is that?

    I second the AIM european mag comment. They are very nice quality for the price. Just need to clean the cosmoline off and file a few sharp edges off. I have 20 myself.

    I just bought an arsenal Saiga today where are the x and y stamps? Are they the dimples around the pins on the receiver? If so, my 2011 arsenal AK has them, my 2011 Legion Saiga-12 doesn't, but my 1993 EAA Saiga.410 does?

    I'm looking for an arsenal Saiga AK. I'm in Ohio and having trouble finding one locally. Any help finding one would be appreciated. I would evan consider buying a professionally converted one with AK style gas system with dimples and threaded barrel.Thanks, Danny

    I have a 1993 .410 that didn't get a import stamp till 2001. It has the extra dirt shield on it on it? What year is considered an early one?

    My home converted saiga's. The top one is a Saiga 12 and the bottom one is a Saiga.410.

    Here are my home converted Saiga's. Saiga 12 on top and Saiga .410 on bottom. Future plans include Paulys glass bolt on the 12 and Ace folding stocks on both.

    I took it back apart and put the safety in first then dropped the trigger back in. It wasn't modified at all. I will probably end up modifying it, just curious if it needed to be modified to function properly? It seems to when cycling it by hand, and the safety works.
