  1. Good for you, taking in another stray. I have 16 dogs and 6 cats, all strays and all get along just fine. I find them all to be better than most people nowadays. Wouldn't trade them for nothin.
  2. Welcome Limeybastard! You aren't possibly the same Limeybastard from the Shovelhead forum are you??? I go by Northend on there. If you are, long time no talk dude! And if not, welcome just the same.
  3. I have heard of a trick of using a section of a Q-tip cut just long enough to retain the spring in the lever then slide it into place and slide the rivet through the hole pushing the piece of Q-tip out the other side. As the Q-tip starts pushing out you can wiggle it with your fingers to line up the rivet with the hole on the other side. I think I saw the video on CSS's video's in the top right corner of thier home page....
  4. I have 15 of them, all strays that I have taken in (hence my screen name). I have had as many as 18 at one time. They are all spoiled, happy and healthy. They are our children and nothing I mean nothing sneaks up on our place. I have 2 acres fenced for them and and a large creek I take them swimming which they love. I can take a dozen of them down to the creek which is not fenced and when i'm ready to go I call them and they all walk back to the yard with me. We have brought most of them back from near death, it don't take much to bring them back. All are house broken, they learn from the othe
  5. My shooting gallery, scrap wood air nailed together with political sign backing (staple gun works great for sticking targets to them), a couple of luan silloettes with lungs and hearts (my neighbors idea). And numerous aluminum cans I found behind a grainery. I got alot of those RR plates, I may have to rig up something for them.
  6. I run Tula 9mm steel case through the carbine all the time, runs fine. On another note, first thing you should do if you purchase a carbine is to unscrew the charging handle and put some blue Locktite on the threads, they have a tendency to work loose.
  7. Lets face it guys, any mod that helps you aquire the the target and front sight quicker is an improvment over the stock irons.
  8. get the leupold, you definitely won't be disappointed Leupold, great scope but i'll use the extra cash for a boat load of ammo.
  9. Thats funny as hell about the dogs. They just wanna help too!
  10. Another showing front sight (with wifes gold nail polish)to the rear sight. No problemo L.E.
  11. Here's mine....Just to the bottom of the "U" Your drawing shows the "U" way too wide. In reality its alot narrower.
  12. Looks like he knows his weapon system well. Hopefully he wouldn't go carnival freak crazy and start killing everybody in site (friendlies) in a stress situation.
  13. I believe that the nuke plants will be the next targets of terrorists and hope that they are a top priority of being protected by our military.
