They can't sue under Florida law. They know it. I hope their lawyers are at least that smart. This is all so they can look good to the rest of the country when they forgive GZ and don't file a lawsuit. Under Florida law, stand your ground or self defense, if the shooting is justified the shooter is shielded from criminal and civil lawsuits. Not Guilty automatically justifies it. If DOJ brings charges against GZ (don't see how) then we all need to march. That would be out and out tyranny by the government. They are getting a bit big in their britches for my taste.

The most absurd

Actually many states have this law. Here it is called felony murder. Basically, if someones dies during the commision of a felony, all parties doing the original felony are charged with murder since it was their felonious act which killed the person. It is a good law. You get someone killed, you pay for it. If you had been behaving yourself as you should have been, no one would have died. -
Actually he is not in the wrong on the NICS check. It can be run as soon as purchase verification is received. In other words as soon as money changes hands and the weapon is paid for. Per our ATF agent you can run the NICS check and start the 3 day wait if required as usually the wait is state sponsored and not ATF sponsored so they really don't care. NICS check is good for up to 30 days for a weapon and you have to sign the 4473 twice. Once when requesting the check and there is a second signature block to take possession of the firearm.

Just like the aliens. They eat the slow fat ones first. Only the slow "unarmed" ones. Unless I run out of ammo. Guess I need to order more ammo off of the internet while I can -
A few pictures from the area. Looking out over the desert from the Carlsbad caverns entrance. My favorite stalagmite formation in the caverns (one guess to its name. No scale but it is 6 ft across). What the desert looks like outside El Paso (McGregor launch complex Ft. Bliss). One of our test vehicles at White Sands Missile Range. You can see forever because of the lack of humidity. This creates problems at first because you keep going places that are just over there, and then 2 hours later you get there. We used to set out at McGregor and see El Paso clear as bell just ov

I lived in NM for many years and worked at WSMR(White Sands Missile Range). Been to both places many times. I like the Carlsbad area the best, but 20-Mags is right. A major change in your thinking when living in the wide open west and not in a major city is that it's a long ways to town. Carlsbad is a fair size place, but you will be running to El Paso more than you want and it's an hour drive or so. Things are a long ways apart out there with miles and miles of nothing in between. WSMR was 48 miles from the nearest town (Las Cruces, NM or 60 miles to El Paso). Once you adapt to the open dista

Wonder-Bus almost done!!

Oh the stories I could tell about the fun those buses were/are. I had a few while in Germany in the 70s-80s. The best one was one we removed the engine and replaced it with a Porsche engine out of a 911. Autobahn bus Or the time flying the "bus" under a Huey (don't ask, but alcohol was involved). Those buses are absolutely fun to have and drive. Great JOB !!! -
The back end mounts like the normal Saiga fore grip and the front mounts similar to a scope ring around the barrel. They do not interfere with the gas tube at all.

The buttstock is the CSS Raptor with the cheek pad. I like it so far. I added the 1 inch pad to get a little extra length. Makes it "accidentally on purpose" bump fire a lot easier

Pictures as promised. I finally got my camera out yesterday. As you can see, Bud's supplied a very good unit. Some claimed that they came all banged up and the pistol grips all beat up. This was a good one. I'm still going to change the pistol grips because I hate how they feel, not because they were a mess. I'm really happy with the gun overall. It is a blast to shoot. For anyone interested. those Golden Tigers are the cleanest shooting ammo I have seen. Better than most American made ammo let alone Russian manufactured ammo. They are definitely on my priority buy list over all the ot

Yours looks good ! Makes a clean look. I have the slotted version and it's great. I swear it tightened up the grouping on the gun. I guess I would have to attribute it to the second attachment point stiffening the barrel a bit. I think they are a good looking product even if they are a bit heavy.

It is a sweet shooter and way more accurate than expected. It was nasty weather (rain, thunder, lightning) so I didn't do any serious sighting, but I did shoot irons at 50 yards. It was 2 inches right and 3 inches low, but the bullet holes all touched. Made a big hole in the target. It is loud, but the fireball every shot is just great. It covers the whole target on you. We shot about 300 Golden Tigers and never a hiccup. All fired and fed perfectly. No pics yet, but we shot a quick video : AMD 65 rapid fire with golden tiger ammunition - YouTube I'll take the pics when I clean it toni
