Don't forget about 922R compliance if cutting the weld or going to high cap mags
-
Yes, I felt it was a biased review and sells the V12 short. Although I have had mine only a short time, I'm amazed at the out of the box usability. Mine loves Federal bulk pack on up to 1800 fps slugs. Less than 200 rounds so far but no FTF or FTE's to date. My father has a MKA 1919 and I prefer the V12 over it or my modified S12 that took a huge amount of work and money to make it usable.

Easy lewie... I'm an AR fan, got a Siaga and converted it then I recently got a V12 and I too in mere seconds figured out how to do the same without a mag. Anyone with some common sense and observation can figure it out. Guess that leaves this reviewer out!

Add operating rod to the list, V12 has one that could be replaced if there was USA made. -
Did the latch engagement area of the mag fail? does it eject with a factory mag?

Hey guys, First I'm happy to say I gave in and got a V12. Second, this shotgun IS much smoother than my Saiga out of the box and happy to say it has run with all that I have to feed it. Now for the BHO, I have seen reviews that complain that you have to have a empty mag in the weapon to operate the BHO. I have looked but not seen anyone talk about this function in this forum (or missed it). Clearly the release @ the trigger works well and I'm surprised at the ease of operating it. Maybe I'm just behind the power curve but I have found how to operate the bolt hold open when the mag

SELLING DUE TO CONVERSION: I actually have 5 flat dark earth (TAN) 10 round AGP magazines for S-12. These are Gen 2 mags 3 are new, never put in a gun 2 used (only 50 rounds) and is like new condition with only minor marks from receiver on them. No mods to either mag (They were used after gas port mod to test operation, shot 100 round federal bulk pack with the 2) I purchased these and then decided to go with a magwell, and these cannot be modified to fit. Would like to sell or trade for SGM magazines in like condition. will sell all 5 for $140.00 includes shipping or make offer

Just got the rail today Cameron, Nice workmanship, if only the S-12 was done as slick!!! I had to do some fitting of the rail to the gas block, the rail wanted to twist and angled down hill at the muzzle. After some machine work to the gas block, she fits great! time to test fire with the rail on and then take her apart for paint!!

From the album: Tac47 Magwell Conversion
Here she is ready for test firing and then it's time to disasseble and start preping her for paint....
