I have a question to those that have changed their optics. My current ak sights are pretty inadaqute, hard to acquire targets quickly, fairly inaccurate etc. I have checked the forums a bit, and there are some people that changed to ghost/peep sights on the standard ak, but I have also seen people change to quad rails and changed to different iron sights. Particularly with this route, if I go quad rails, and then for the back, the side/top rail that straps into the side is there going to be any height disparity? Anyway, any advice into the matter would be super appreciated. I love

Yeah, thats what I am kind of seeing. Any suggestions of changing the front sight? Can you replace the whole block with something else, or just better to change the tower?

Not sure if this is the purpose of this topic, but are there foregrips that just mount right over the handguard? I dont really need rails, but I do want a foregrip.

Hello, I am still totally new to the world of AKs, and this site is helping a lot. I have an arsenal sgl21 and I was wondering if there is a way to put a set of front rails on my ak. Ideally, can I take the front sight block off and slip a set of rails there? I have seen pictures of a handguard replacement that comes with rails on it. Mainly, all I want to do, is to be able to add a foregrip, and change the front sight, so if this can be done without rails, fine. Thanks for any help.

I just bought an arsenal, and I want to put either a set of irons on the full length, or maybe a low power scope. Can someone give me some advice, especially, what the side bracket I should look into etc. Thanks.

I have been reading a lot of topics on here, including replies to my other post, and everyone here says you can find saigas for 300-400 dollars new. To me this sounds insane, I cant even find a wasr 10 for the cheap. Are these like 2008 prices? Where are the cheap saigas? Thanks
