Well, I have to answer my own question! I called Atlantic Firearms today and found out that the thread size is indeed 24mm LH threads. As far as Robertrtg.com muzzle break, that goes unanswered for now...

Waiting on my just purchased AK74 rifle from Atlantic Firearms, got the IZ-340 Trying to order parts for the conversion before it arrives. I seen a muzzle break from Robertrtg.com site which is chromed lined, decent price, $35. My question is, what size threads on on this rifle, 24mm? is it LH or RH threads? Has anyone purchased a muzzle break from Robertrtg.com sites? any comments about them?
