I plan on taking my 16" Saiga 308 hunting this year. I know lots of you use it for hunting and Id sure like to see pics of you posing with the kill and the rifle. Getting more and more pumped up to go as you can tell.

I bought a SAR-3 years ago with a severally canted site. I cut the site base off years ago with the intention of having a AK74 type brake put on it. Well other projects got in the way and now I have a SAR-3 with no front site base. K-Var still sells the sight base but seems to be missing the plunger/retaining pin for the Romanian site base and doesn't carry the 22mm brake any longer. I think AK103.com still has 22mm threaded AK brakes but last time I looked they were $65+ (which seems like alot for a brake). Does anyone else know where they can get 22mm brakes? Is there another option I should

I would say keep your receipt. Most likely they will ask for a copy of it and then they will send you the new feed lips.

Is the pad pictured the pad I see on the regular ak stocks? It look like it fits nicely on the black plastic stocks. And it will the romy folder? Just wondenring if they are the same before I order a few.

Whats kinda buttpads have people used for the dampening of this beautiful beast? I know there is the strap on AK buttpad but do I really wanna speand $25. on a piece of rubber? ANyone use anything different? Just wondering.
