finally got the sight leaf done. needed 1/16 pin punch, dremel with cutting wheel and a lot of screwing around with screws, some too short, swapped 2 m-4's with m-6's. but got it done, looks good.

send the pix when i can. but it's a 109 with a sight leaf. the leaf is off now. i've still got to cut part of the ears on the rear mount off, neither the long nor short upper bar will fit unless i cut the ears off. i'll try to get separate pix of that, before and after, tomorrow

Oddly enough, I guess this is a new variant. I definitely have a 109, and it definitely has a ribbed sight leaf. Aint I lucky? I've read a lot of the threads on a bunch of forums, I'm guessing that I just need to punch out the pin at the rear sight adjustment, unscrew the front adjustment to the point where it comes off. Naturally I dont have a 1/16 pin punch, so off to home depot I go.

I just got my new shotgun, ordered the UTG Tactical quad rails, and I cant get them to fit. The directions on this item suck, but I finally managed to get the bottom rail on along with the sides. Trying to get the Middle rail on is impossible, except for the possibility of performing some dremel surgery on the sight leaf on the 109. After finally getting the screw loose on the front elevator portion, I'm left with the thing connected at the rear with a pin. I figure I can just punch the pin out and leave the stump there. But then I have the supports for the underside of the front part of

there might be a few Saiga-philes here in the great southwest. I know they're selling the 12's as fast as they can get them out here. Having just moved from the East Coast, things are a whole lot different here, and more people are getting very interested in them. There's a lot of AK47's and people swear by them, but not that much knowledge about the 12's. I'm the first in another forum, nothing to do with guns, but a lot of gun nuts there. NOT ONE OTHER HAS a Saiga, but they'd love it.

you've had this same question in February March and April, Are there any of the clear mags left? If not, please close this thread or mark it SOLD, thanks,

Pardon me for the stupid question, but who is RTG? I'm trying to find some clear mags, and havent had any luck at all. Thanks, Ron
