  1. Nice pics man, also good job on taking the initiative to get some formal training. If you take a Tactical Shotgun class let us know how much flack you catch for showing up with a Saiga. You'd be surprised at how many so called Industry Experts just don't seem to get it yet. You may be the one who finally enlightens them you'll know you did it when they shoot it and a sparkle shows in their eyes.
  2. That's probably the first Bullpup S12 that I've ever thought looked good. They are just not my thing.
  3. +1 for the Winchester Walmart bulk. If it'll run that then it'll run anything. That's all I shoot through mine.
  4. Evl is a firm believer in the stock plug and his vids prove they work. I'm a Auto Plug guy myself but that's not important right now. Pics pics pics of the gas ports themselves. I saw a guy drill his at the opposite angle than Izzy did and he got a cheese grater for wads. Very messy make sure if you pull the block off we can tell which direction the barrel is pointing. If you take the pic close enough for us to see the ports we may not be able to see the step in the barrel.
  5. That's what I needed to here. Thanks all
  6. Hey Jet long time no talk. Thank bro.
  7. Love them both. I'm a big fan of magwells but thats because of the way I play. I already have an Auto Plugged 100% reliable S12 so all I need is a magwell and I'm good. I'm not dogging the hinged rail but I like my optics mounted mid gun like exactly where the rear sight is on my S12 so the hinge wouldn't do me any good.
  8. I have a buddy wanting a 20 converted and after a day with my 12 with an Auto Plug he is dead set that he has to have it. I saw it advertised under the S20 parts section but I wanna make sure before I tell him yes.
  9. Is the Auto Plug as effective in the 20 as the 12? I am under the impression that it can be used in both.
  10. Thanks! I'm a tinkering fool and I gotta see it.
  11. These are exactly what I've been looking for but I NEED it to be shorter. The one Tony showed is as long as I think I could go. Tony is there any chance of making it any shorter? Could it be done for around $40 a pop? I need a Modified, Full, Extra Full (turkey) if possible and would like a rifled one but it's not necessary. Please feel free to PM me if it's not something you can put all out yet.
  12. How much do you want for it? Where are you located? Please post a pic of the whole gun. I'm not saying I'll buy it but some pics may get people salavating.
  13. I'd really like to see the inner workings of the auto regulating system on one of these. I have an Auto Plug and I'm sure it's not the same principle of operation. If you have a chance shoot some pics of it please.
  14. Very nice write up. I just wish I could get one that was already cut with the internal dimensions of a tight modified choke. Something between modified and full but closer to the modified side. Anybody know of any muzzle brake that has this?
  15. I personally would get the gun running right in box stock form before doing any modifications. It's not as hard as you think and this forum has any answer to any question you could dream up. Because of personal experiences through my life I will modify any gun I own be it an AR or AK to run anything I may need to feed it in any situation. It's a deal breaker if it won't shoot this or that because in a disaster situation you can't pick what ammo will be available, you just have to take what you can get when your stock pile runs out. I always find the worst crap on the shelf and modify according
  16. Looks nice. I was just wondering, which part of the chaos is horizontal? The piece over the gas tube or the dust cover or are they both off? I see where they seem to meet is a high point. Also is that normal with these rail systems? If so can you shim it to correct the angle? It would cause serious elevation issues with a red dot.
  17. I'm a ramper at PNS now but I started at IAH then MSY and MCI. I don't think I'd qualify as a tech.
  18. Me too since 01. Not to pleased with the merger.
  19. I'm sure it will evolve. I'm waiting on your chime on the bad day at the range post.
  20. Tabuk! For real? My Army boy has been into the Tabuk thing for years. Sweet how about a 12ga Tabuk. Sorry to get off subject but you just don't here Tabuk everyday. Even fewer have been engaged by them. Hooahh!
  21. Okay Bob is an idiot. I don't do anything half ass and I don't believe in reliability kits. These guns are a simple puzzle they need a little attention to some very small details and bam you have a world beater, yes I started out with hot rods that's where my verbiage comes from. They are some curious creatures but they are not something that can be properly fixed by a "reliability kit" if it don't work make it work. I however agree to buy ya boy a sixer or some real VODKA! Made with potatoes of course no other way. I've built some for cost for some buddies. I won't lose money but I don't mind
