  1. I just got 2 US parts and a side mount for ~36 bucks shipped. The side mount was 16 bucks not sure if it is going to work good or not but for the money my fellings won't be hurt either way. Link to the mount http://www.dealextre...7-44090?item=10
  2. ah that answers my question I was thinking the forward grip counted as a part. Thanks Dan
  3. So if one was to have a foreign rail and a us made foregrip would it be a foreign part or US part for number 17 on the parts list " Forearms, handguards"?
  4. Like the title says I'm stuck on getting the firing pin out of the bolt, I used the search button but came up empty so I'm thinking it must be easy and I'm just missing something. I pushed the pin out to remove the extractor but it doesn't seem that there are any more pin that will push through. So what am I missing?
  5. I would like a top rail at the rear for the red dot other than that I'll wait and see how it fells and like you said might be happy with it the way it is.
  6. Wow ya in big bold red letters. Ya the titan rails do look really nice but I don't think I can talk myself into spend that much money on rails. Tho that Chaos Titan Quad rail does like really tempting .
  7. Well It's great to know about 922r before I went and broke it, though it doesn't make it like it anymore and I'm not sure I understand it completely at this point. It kind of looks like a headache and i'm kind of surprising that you can walk into a gun store and buy a saiga 12 and 20rd drum separately but at soon as you put them together the gun becomes illegal? is the correct? I take what I said back about conversion I'll gladly spend a little more money to know that my gun it 100% legal. Still wondering if this rail works on the saiga 12 http://store.carolin...47-Beryl/Detail Looks like
  8. Well let me start off by introducing my self, Name is Dan, I live in iowa and i'm looking to get a saiga 12. I'm not sure really what I want to do with it at this point but I think I want a red dot like the NCstar DTB145, a pistol grip, 20rd drum, foregrip, some kind of rail/rails to mount the red dot and foregrip and maybe a light at some point. I see a lot of conversion kits that have the pistol grip, trigger parts, and a stock. Can you add a pistol grip without changing the stock? I fell that most of these kits are over priced for what they have is there a cheaper way to convert the sai
