  1. Here is my new Saigalil, courtesy of Red Jacket firearms. I PG converted a 21" woody, put in an RSA trigger and sent it to Will for the hard stuff.
  2. Here's some pics of my newly converted Saiga, done by Red Jacket. The folding buttstock is permanently welded on and is very stout. The sights are interesting. There is a large flip up aperature in back and a larger flip up post in front. I'm guessing for CQB. Pretty cool. The barrel, flash supressor, turned up charging handle, and the rest turned out great. Fit and finish overall is outstanding. Another fan of Red Jackets work. Thanks Will.
  3. +1 for the Mark 4 with mil-dots. Even if you don't like it on your Saiga, it will be there when you need it. It will always bring a smile to your face.
  4. Tell her you need a third one for scoped shooting only . You gotta have a scope too right?
  5. I still have the lower retainer form Dinzag for sale. Brand new. $75 shipped. Also still have the shorty stock for an AR-15. $30 shipped.

    Brady survey

http://www.policemag.com/t_ci.cfm For anyone interested in the cops pro-gun owner survey, this is the magazine I found the article in under the "shooting straight" editorial and also another section under the "briefing room" heading. I couldn't get to it online but I got the magazine right in front of me if anyone wants more details that they can't pull up. The current issue is the one I found them in. March 2007.

Shoulda never looked at that. Now my blood is boiling! I meant a link about law enforcement supporting gun ownership. Sorry for the slow reply Racegal. I've been out of town. I'll look for that article tomorrow and get back to you.

    Brady survey

Yep. Propoganda is the word I'd use. Or lies. They like to say things like "law enforcement supports gun control". My ass. I just read an article in a cop magazine, written by cops and lawyers for general cop and law type stuff. They did a survey on a shitload of departments throughout the country on gun control. What did these results show? Roughly 80% of the cops surveyed were pro-second ammendment/against gun control, and had a lot more guns than what they were issued for their own personal use. It also said that if they were ordered by the state to comfiscate firearms from solid citizen
  9. Congrats man!! Will has mine right now turning it into a .308 Saigalil.

    Brady survey

Yeah I did the survey too. Said something like "absolutley against" everything they wanted. Now they think I'm a supporter or something. Retards.

Is anyone else getting e-mails from these f**ckers? I politley told them to pound sand and quit e-mailing me. I kind of like to know what there up to but it makes my skin crawl to see their headliner in my Inbox column.
  13. I'm going with the 4X too. This is cheapest I've found. http://www.eastwave.ca/products/scopes/posp4x24v.html

    posp 2.5 x 5

Has any one tried one these? I like the shorter tube and the varible option, but am I pressing my luck getting into something more complex in these battle scopes? I have to stay true to my K.I.S.S. philosophy, but it just looks so cool! http://www.eastwave.ca/products/scopes/posp2.5-5x24.html I guess I should add that if I don't get this one I'll get the fixed 4x posp. Theres not a lot you can't do with a fixed 4 power. Just wanted some input. Pros and cons between the two. Thanks.
