O.K. so what would be involved in putting one of these on the Saiga's that were a tad too short and had to have the thread protector welded? What kind of red tape is involved?

You got to be kidding, somebody passed a law saying it's illegal to bump fire your guns. Government trying to be our mom again. I bump fired my Saiga 12, but a 12 guage is tough to hold on to while bumping it.

Got it today!!! Approved Jan 10th, recieved at dealer today. Cut the barrel to 8.5" and threaded 30 min. ago!! It won't be long now. Nice, I keep getting the slow examiners I guess.

My check was cashed 11/29, did'nt go pending until around Christmas. They are saying it won't be approved until around mid Feb. So, your probably looking at 2 -2 1/2 months for approval right now.
