  1. Thanks for the info! I want top up, rounds facing forward and definitely weak side so I think It will be kydex and a heat gun to get exactly what I want.
  2. GLOCKshooter have you tried that out for 3-Gun competition and does it work with AGP mags? If it does hold the AGP will it hold it with the feed lips up instead of down (just seems a smidge quicker that way for me)? I was about to take a heatgun to a sheet of Kydex myself but if you think the angle on that one would work I'd save myself the trouble of designing a new one. Thanks@
  3. What matters is who fills out the 4473. Buy it for her, but she needs to fill out the yellow (now white) sheet for it to pick it up. Firearms are my favorite birthday, christmas or anniversary gift - but anything that is going to be mine, regardless of who pays for it, goes on my list of 4473s and the paperwork is tied to me. This means the liability for them is all mine, and I get custody of them. Same thing goes in reverse - regardless of gender. I don't want that funky over under thing in my name - I'll buy it for his birthday and gladly but he'll have to sign the paperwork for it
  4. My Saiga recoils somewhat less than my Beretta M2 Field and a lot less than my 590-A1. Posture and stance has a lot to do with it. Get very comfortable with it, and come up with a good comfortable stance and you will do just great with it.
  5. I had emailed MAA on this and they said they are hoping to have more in stock next week.
  6. I thought I saw those in stock at Gilbert's.
  7. There was a Halo listed on Gunbroker last I checked. Mississippi Auto Arms was selling it I beleive. The HALO quad rail may be very difficult to come by, especially for anything approaching a reasonable price. Mississippi Auto Arms and Blackjack Buffers sell the ACE kits. Unfortunately, I think that they are sold out. However, you can at least get on their waiting list. Good luck!
  8. Gilbert's has them in stock and ready to ship for $479.00. Mine ships out to my FFL Monday.
  9. Most USPSA Shooters using Docter sights have had them "bulletproofed" by Bevin Grams. His waiting list is not as long as the Tromix waiting list, but it's long and it's worth it.
  10. Any chance of seeing the two larger options from a bottom side view? As someone who appreciates my Dawson ICE on my pistol - the more flared two interest me a great deal. Thanks!
  11. Came across this mount on Gunbroker, and I've sifted through dozens of posts here and not seen this specific mount referenced. Has anyone tried this mount on their 12, and do you have any feedback? I can't tell since they don't have one pictured mounted if it's too high profile or not to be usable. Thanks!
  12. There's also the video's on Youtube linked to in that self same first post.
  13. I'm definitely in for a magwell and a set of stick mags! Whenever they are available.
  14. There is one posted on gunbroker right now with an 8 round magazine, but the starting bid is like $199.00 with $25.00 SH from Russia. I think, at least for me, I'd rather put that towards 10 rounders and just practice the rock and load, but there is one there for sale if it's a must have for you.
