  1. So ask Wolf to flip the gun over and take a photo please.
  2. I concur, I would rather rely on my M4s to protect my family rather than my V12s. If ever in a firefight with our eastern block colleagues I would rather have my Daniel Defense M4 and a bunch of loaded magpul 30 rounders than my quirky V12s.
  3. Ok, I own 2 VEPR 12s and they are different one FTEs like everyone else's the other is smooth with no FTEs. They are cool guns but over rated, can you imagine a Benelli or Mossberg doing what these guns do (FTE) and the owners not being outraged? Looking bad ass is nice, but working bad ass more important.
  4. you have to shorten the aft end of the grip by about 3/8" and rework the rear tabs, do not rework the front grip tabs, they are fine.. Remove the metal heat shield from the Hogue grip (it is very easy to do) and take some material away from the aft inside of the grip since the barrel is too thick. It is really easy with a dremel, take your time have a beer, trim, fit, trim, fit, trim fit............ The issue is the VEPR barrel is too thick for the grip.
  5. I put a Hogue AK grip on mine, sure it took some time with the dremel, but it looks and feels great.
  6. The second V12 is not polished the firstV12 , has shot flawlessly, never a FTE.
  7. I got another V12 from Mach1 last week. I finally got around to looking at it and there are 2 mags. Another interesting observation is that this V12 seems much smoother than the first one I purchased. The trigger, bolt and action just seem to work noticeably smoother.
  8. Got it thanks. What a PITA. It just takes time and as we in the medical profession call it a bit of brutacaine (force).
  9. I am having trouble removing the stock upper foregrip from the gas tube. It should twist out, but does not want to budge, anyone have a word of wisdom?
  10. MAA can keep their mags. I have plenty of 12 rounders, but want to lay in some 5s to hunt clay birds with.
  11. Properly designed and manufactured mags should not require any break in. How many times have we heard of pmags needing to be broken in or OEM Molot mags?? I am not fussing at SGM (yet) the 12 round mags I have work very nicely in my V12. I have another V12 to arrive this week and will see how the mags work in the new gun.
  12. Ditto here, the SGM mags are not fitting as well as the Molot mag. I have another V12 enroute and will try the SGM mags in that gun before I contact SGM. I need to shoot a bunch of rounds through the SGMs before I get too excited. The good news is no FTEs (yet)
  13. Ok, I have been laying low on this but with all due respect, the Homer Simpson shirt is totally gay. It it akin to the women that wear the denim jumpers with Minnie Mouse embroidery on it. Give me a frickin break, this is the best we can do? I wouldn't be caught dead in that shirt.
  14. Has anyone used a Kinetitech barrel shroud on a V12? I really don't need a muzzle break, the shrouds just look badass.
  15. Atlantic had 12 round mags for a little bit this morning, I got some did anyone else?
