Hey thanks guys. I'm going to try this later (after I do the Thanksgiving buziness). BTW, my Saiga doesn't have that screw at the bottom of the handguard. There's a hole there, but never tapped into.

Please help. I'm having trouble removing the handguard on a Saiga 7.62x39mm rifle. There are no screws that attaches it. There's only a sling screw (that I took off) but nothing came lose. Thanks

the Win Media Player in my XP computer won't play .AVI even after all the updates. maybe i missed something. my other laptop came with Vista and the WMP on that one does play .AVI and seems much improved to. damn Vista though.

I found some cool videos by some guy named rjs3484 who videotaped the conversion process of his Saiga 7.62x39mm rifle to be 922R compliant. is there a good and detailed post on the conversion of this rifle to legally accept high cap mags? i've been searching but just getting random info. it's a shame that there's no sticky for this.
