  1. Thanks for the fast reply! I did have to file down the safety a bit for it to fit. The reason I think I have to file down the top of the hammer is because the bolt assembly will not slide correctly into place like when you reassemble the Saiga. It hits on the top of the hammer. Which then this keeps me from assembling the remaining parts on the gun. In the video, the guy said about 8 mins in, some of the S12 owners might have to file part of it down due to constriction issues. I was just wondering whether I should or if there is a new bolt assembly, and other parts you needed once
  2. Hello all, I finally decided to convert my Saiga 12 with some supplies from Mississippi Auto Arms. I got most of it done watching their videos for the trigger. I put in the Tromix trigger grouping and fire control group. There was one part of the video which confused me which was when the guy said we needed to file down part of hammer for the slide to pass over it. I decided to skip that part and continue putting the parts together. I finally finished and were putting the final parts like when you disassemble it.   3. Hi all, I am new to this site and new to owning a Saiga 12. I have heard about people moving the trigger up and adding a pistol grip and folding stock with these conversion kits. I am also very interested in doing so. I went to all the main sites, CarolinaShootingSupply, MississippiAutoArms, and TAC-47's to look at the trigger conversion kits. Most of them seem to be sold out and who knows when they will be back in stock. I saw on another forum this site: http://www.dinzagarms.com/misc_parts/convkit.html.
