It's a game changer, I love my adapter with the LRBHO. The AR version is out of stock and I have just a few AK grip versions left. Right now we are redesigning the AR adapter and completing a receiver kit for the DIY'er AK builder. Soon we will introduce a complete rifle under our new parent company. since I have the AR Bastard may I ask what exactly is being redesigned? any timeline on the complete rife? I would kill for a flatop AK that takes pmags and AR grips, LRBHO, saftey, and mag releases!!! It would be really cool to see something like the Titan Quad Rail sy

I have really been wanting to get an AK variant in .223 and I have a chance to get a used Saiga for about 475 or a new Vepr from Centerfire Systems for around 875. I have researched both of them and am trying to figure out if in the long run the Saiga or Vepr would be cheaper to convert. Here is what I have in mind for the build, and also to note I would be sending it out to have the Saiga Conversion done or Vepr Bullet Guide install because my DIY skills are pretty limited. Yeah I had it in backwards, once i figure that out I just had to align the c section and semi circle in the grooves of the axis pins and it locked up. Glad I figured it out though, I was getting frustrated...

Sorry Cam, I didn't quite understand that last message. Will it sit on top of the factory dust cover as a replacement for the polymer rail, be a whole new system that links on the RPK sight leaf section like on the the Titan rail system, or some combination of the two? I know you are still in the design phase, but will you be offering the 10 round compact drum, and 8 round stick mag for the vepr 12? Do you have a rough timeline? You make just amazing products, I think you need a Midas username, because everything you touch turns to gold. After reading through all of the threads on your different products, it is truly amazing you guys keep putting such innovative products and still manage to keep you loyal hordes of fans happy with updates and time frames. You are truly a credit and asset to the community!

will it be integrated like the Saiga 12 titan quad rail? hinged at the sight leaf base for a true flattop offering, or just a replacement rail for correct height matching the quad rail kind of like the aluminum CSS rail? Personally I would love to see the former of those two listings, it would really be a game changer!

Okay, so installed a TSS trigger group (G2 modified) last week and it went off with out a hitch. The only problem that I am having is now the bolt isn't able to travel all the way back and lock open. When I finished putting the retaining pin in, it seemed like it was in right and not moving, but after racking the bolt back a couple times it is popping around and falling out. After I had the hammer and trigger housing in, I put the retaining pin I pointed side towards the hammer, semi circle over the trigger pin, and C shaped opening where the safety would fit back in. I agree, Oleg is a standup guy my GK-01 brake turned from 1 to 3 months, and I have had fits of doubt but everyone I talk to says the same thing, he always comes through. I wouldn't cancel your order after waiting this long, what is it by the way? Chances are if you could have got it somewhere else you would have by now. I would stick with it or find a friend in Russia who can "find things". anyways good luck, and keep up the good fight!

Thanks, yea I was wondering if the CSS rail impacts function at all since the most forward rivet has been designed slightly larger an is said to keep the carrier functioning properly. I have the Chaos front rail on order too, I was just thinking the way they have been rolling products out, it might not be for a few months. What I would love to get rid of though is the front sight, and man I do not want to figure out a way to cut it off

Yeah, I have looked at most of the options out there, and the dog leg seems great but with the Vepr 12 I don't know if the clearance issue with an Eotech is addressed or cleared up. I do like mine set a little more forward, it just seems faster to pick up, so if I would still have to mount it on the rear section of the dog leg, I am back to where I started. That's why I think the rear sight leaf rail section would be great, it is out of the way and far enough forward to feel comfortable.

So I was just wondering if there is a replacement for the gas block/front sight that does not have the integrated sight? Maybe from another AK variant or Saiga 12, that would work that does not have the front sight attached to it? I just wanted to see what was out there if Chaos indeed does make a rear rail replacement I would like to run HK sights in a flat top type setting. Also wondering if anyone knows of a rear leaf replacement that has a rail section that is like this IPSC edition vepr? I have found a lot that run longer than this but I am looking for a short section of rail
