Does anybody have a template for axis pin hole placement/size

. Assuming I did who could I take it to would the average gunsmith be able to do it or would I need a welding/fabrication shop

I can't upload pics but the 2 axis for the fcg I think I over drilled on one side because its the same diameter as the larger size by the side mounting bracket

So was starting on a saiga 308 conversion and think I made the hole in the reciever too large what do I do it's about the same diameter as the large side any fixes Here's a pic I can post more
