  1. I have a very hard to find Russian made Saiga 12 Kushnapup that I am thinking of parting ways with.

This is a highly modified Saiga 12 Kushnapup shotgun. It is a CA legal weapon with a bullet button installed by Atlantic Arms. Can be removed for non CA use.

The gas system has been modified a to fire whatever you want shoot through it without having to adjust anything. I did the CSS conversion, installed an improved CSS gas puck, TAC 47 A.K.A AUTO PLUG and Shark muzzle brake.

I pulled the front sight to open up the vent holes and it shoots EVERYTHING from low brass to buckshot and wax slugs without any problems whatsoever. It is a blast to shoot semi auto with this ! If you're a serious buyer - you pay the range fee and bring ammo and I'll let you shoot it to see how fun & reliable it is.

    Comes with 2 -10rd mags and 1 5rd mag.

    $2250

  2. Make: Saiga Made in Izmash

Model: Converted with Dinzag trigger group

    Caliber: 223

    Location Corona CA

    Price: $850

Other info: This is a converted Saiga and is currently in a featureless configuration with a Kydex wrapped pistol grip (for the non free states like here in CA) , AFG, quad rail, pinned stock and Vism Laser/red dot scope attached.

I have fired about 400 rounds without any problems at all.

I have all the parts to put it back into a bullet button configuration if the buyer wants.

It come with 2 blocked 20 rd SMG mags (that can be unblocked where legal) and 2 factory 10 rd mags that feed flawlessly

  3. Yup ! I live (unfortunately) in Kommiefornia and the the stupid laws they have set up to keep you from dropping mags without the use of a bullet button require this work around.

The politicians believe you can shoot 20 kids but with it you can't.anger.gif

To the rest of the free states - fight for your rights because what happens here come your way soon.

  4. I converted my Saiga 223 to featureless and I didn't like not having my thumb on something solid.

I rummaged through my gun stuff and found a brass deflector off an old AR upper and it looked like with some grinding it would be just right.

I just pulled the back rivet plug out and screwed this in after grinding it flat. It works great !

By the way - thanks munkeeboi for the grip ! It works great !

  5. This is my "get the **** outta my house !"  close in weapon. My Saiga 12 with a Kushnapup conversion.

All of these pix and I the ONLY one who loves this weapon ? It shoots everything i feed it with absolutely no problems. I did all the mod on it from what I learned on this forum.

  6. I used this adapter and after a hundred rounds or so before it blew off sending it downrange.

The socket head screws sheared off at the area where the upper and lower pats meet behind the sight.

I found the lower part but never found the upper part.

I did the barrel threading after that.

  7. I bought a Saiga 12 awhile back and I had FTF and FTE issues right off the bat. I joined this forum to gleen all the knowledge I could before I started to make my mods. I have never posted before - just lurked in the shadows reading all I could about the 12.

I polished the bolt and carrier group as advise by many on here and then tried some low brass with little to no success so I made the next move and opened up the gas ports and installed a Auto Plug.

I went to the range yesterday and shot to my hearts content box after box of low brass, high brass and home made wax slugs. I LOVE this Saiga now ! No issues what so ever.

My Saiga has a Kushnapup mod and now when I fire my .223 rifles they feel like a 22. You don't have to look close to see what you hit with this monster !

Thank you to all on the forum (too many to name) that contribute your knowledge to help other enjoy their Saiga's to  the full extent.

My son is coming home from Afghanistan in a few days and I glad I was able to get this weapon up and running this nice so we can go out and kill some pumpkins while he's here.
