  1. Is this forum even moderated? That's a serious question.... So jackasses can drop f bombs now?
  2. I tried both. I'd recommend the heavier pull. But didn't have light strikes with the spring flipped the other way. I just prefer the heavier pull with a shotgun. Amazing how purported experts lash out and call people asking valid questions idiots. I've said it before - this MKA community is small - be nice. Rudeness seems to run rampant with some of the vendors on here.
  3. Any cases of 922r prosecution that wasn't a tack on charge? Just curious....felony has been mentioned twice so far.
  4. Can someone post the cost publicly? Where's the "they stole my idea" crowd on this one?
  5. Want to sell the flash hider and Cole adapter by themselves?
  6. I thought you were not going to address this anymore on the forum? At least that's what your employee said yesterday. Would have been a smart business move - continuing to handle dirty laundry in public is tactless.
  7. Ha! It's been entertaining and a good lesson in public relations and tort law. Will be interesting to see how this shakes out.
  8. So Jim, if I wanted to do business with your company, can I order from your website? What are your days on hand of inventory (can I get parts quickly or do I have to wait)? Are you competitively priced? Usually a marketing strategy isn't so geared toward attacking the competition. Consumer Reports does side by sides as they are an unbiased party. When a biased party does it, it and they lose credibility. But you're looking at it from a biased veiwpoint. I don't see it as an attack at all, but just a good old-fashioned side-by-side. Kinda like Coke Vs Pepsi. Do you see those ads as an attac
  9. On the shavings, no, I wouldn't worry. As for the ball in the bolt, someone else will have to speak to that - I've never sen that happen before. I bought my high velocity shells at Academy. Walmart should have at least 1350 fps, if not higher. I just looked and the stuff I started with is Win Super X 1550 fps. Then worked down from there. Beware, the 1400+ stuff hurts. I went through a whole box of 1550 and a whole box of 1450 in one range session. My shoulder was bruised pretty bad. So space it out a bit, unless you're used to a lot of shot gunning.
  10. If it were me you were claiming these things about, you'd be legally made to back up your words, as if you are incorrect in the least, they are libelous. The fact that you air this out on a public forum leads me to believe that most of it is nonsense. The lack of self awareness is astounding. Think about how it comes across when you post multiple new threads going after a competitor. Then combine that with the history of your employee's attacks. Maybe you'd get shipments out faster if you weren't on here stirring up trouble. Your products could be the best in the world and cheape

  12. JT - I see you are a business member. Curious as to how you believe this behavior is perceived? Will attacking someone on their post dissuade some from using your business? Or do you think coming on strong, hijacking a post will drive saiga customization orders? Saw this about 4 months ago with another representative of a business member, and didn't see any posts from that person for a few months. So either they were told to lay low, or lost some business and finally understood the value of carefully managing PR and branding.
  13. I broke mine in with 1500+ fps, then stepped it down 100 fps every 25 rounds till I got to Winchester or Federal bulk pack stuff. Now mine shoots everything. What you are experiencing is normal from what I have seen.
  14. You have to wonder about some of the posts by business owners or representatives - do they think this will boost their business? Any thought that it could be dentrimental?
  15. Upon closer inspection of the spur on the back of the hammer, I noticed that it was uneven - one side had about a millimeter more metal, and it was crooked. This makes since as the hammer spur would catch the disconnector and not let go when releasing the trigger only when the hammer was slightly off center to the right. So I lightly filed the spur. Now, when I move the hammer laterally and catch the disconnector, it releases as it should. So do I need the bushings? There is a bit of lateral (side to side) play in the hammer.
