  1. Like Heartbreaker said, Csspecs. If you're looking for a little cheaper, I've liked my AGP magazine so far. Also, welcome to the forum. What kind of four-wheeler have you got there?
  2. I have no personal experience with that light, but I've been carrying concealed a Glock 19 with an X300U in a Raven Phantom holster for awhile now. No issues to date. Surefire is definitely a good brand.
  3. To be perfectly honest, I'm kind of surprised it has not sold yet. That's alright, though. I'm sure someone will be interested in it someday. Congratulations on the VEPR! I was surprised when mine didn't sell either. And your package is worth more than mine. Either the Saiga 308 is unknown to most folks or people just dont want to buy used guns. I can say with definite confidence that your package is a steal at 1150. That's the price of a low-mid level DI AR. Those guys buying $1000- Direct Inject rifles that shoot 5.56 (.22 LR on steroids) might not be aware that they can get into

  5. Edit: After some further thought, it's not worth derailing this awesome thread over petty shit.
  6. How did he manage to get hit in the mouth? Lol Without holding the forearm and only holding the S-12 by the pistol grip the S12 come out of his support hand when shooting 00 buckshot and S-12 hit him in the mouth. I think she didn't like his lack of respect! LOL Support hand is the non-dominant hand, in most cases. For example, a right handed shooter's left hand is the support hand. This would obviously change if a right handed shooter were shooting "leftie".
  7. Still nothing? She's got to go, but this is the last price drop. $1,150.00, Shipping included.
  8. Yes. I could go featureless to avoid registration, but I would have to remove the forward grip and keep the stock pinned, and put a grip wrap on again; which sort off defeats the purpose of the build. I had it with a kydex paddle and fixed stock for featureless already. They (the gun grabbers) read Calguns, too. I really seriously doubt that kydex grip wrap featureless builds will survive some Attorney General's administrative ruling that because it has a grip underneath...etc. Hmmerheads and MMGs are probably the best bet, but I am not holding my breath on them. One of my 3 ARs will
  9. There seems to be a lot of truth to this. Thanks for sharing, Blake.
  10. I can see this is getting nowhere fast. Price is now $1,350.00, shipping included. She's from Russia with love!
  11. Guess I missed where the OP had mentioned that. My bad.
  12. It's obviously not your typical AR, but it is piston driven and has no buffer tube. Rock River LAR-PDS. If you ever wish to SBR it, they sell an adapter/stock unit to attach to the picatinny on the back.
  13. What others have said, get an AR. It is by far the loudest firearm I have (will be fixing that soon), and I'm only running the a2 flash hider. Use a brake and it's worse. Shorter the barrel, louder it becomes.
  14. Awesome company! Every time I order anything from them, it's at my door in no time. In fact, I believe the last time I purchased from them, it was mid-day before they closed, and I got the package the next day. Quality stuff, too. I'll definitely be picking up some Saiga 12 10 rounders from them sometime in the future.
  15. Thanks! I used a white crayon and a hair dryer to melt it in a little.
  16. I've only just recently learned about the updated followers. Are they still available? Thanks for your time!
  17. Looking to sell a self-converted Saiga .308. This was my 3rd Saiga conversion, but my first attempt at a .308. The pistol grip hole was already cut from the factory, however, I did have to drill one hole under the pistol grip for the trigger guard. High temp black spray paint was used to cover the bare metal after converting. I did also attempt to remove the front sight block to thread the barrel, but it is ON there. Ultimately, I replaced the pins and moved on to other projects. Unfortunately, fighting the front sight block did leave a few areas of the rifle's "finish" worn and some marks on
  18. Actually, sir, I belong to an AR forum that is very operator-free. Of course, you get the occasional newcomer with their NcStar lights, lasers and optics with pressure switches running country miles to the folding uber-tacti-grips, but for the most part, they all follow the "Keep It Simple Stupid" rules (K.I.S.S., they call it). Somewhat like this forum, though, they've become a tight knit kind of community, but for different reasons. Theirs being that they are the somewhat lesser known AR forum, but they are extremely knowledgeable people on the subject. Shoot me a PM and I'll give you their
  19. Want to do me a favor? Think ya could get basically the same photo as above with the suppressor, but with the stock un-folded so I can use it as my new desktop background? Yeah...I like it that much.
  20. I'm not understanding how the Autoplug helped it run a wider range of loads. It does not add gas or reduce resistance/friction. The factory gas regulator and the AP both regulate the gas that is available to the system, that is all they do. Did you happen to do something else when the AP was added? Clean the puck, lube the weapon, etc? Nope. Installed the plug, adjusted as per their instructions, and it began running Winchester value packs. I remember having ran through some Federal one day on the factory plug, then attempting to run some Winchester directly afterwards. Of course, it fail
  21. "Believe it or not I'm more afraid of the conversion on the PG then anything. It's the one thing I 've never done. I sold my last S12 after I got it running to buy a silencer." Extremely easy. For the most part, you can get away with simply using a drill. However, if they did not cut the pistol grip hole at the factory, then that requires the use of (usually) a Dremel. Dremels also make it easier. Aside from that, it's pretty much plug 'n play as far as AK accessories go. Never replaced a rear trunnion myself, but doesn't look too difficult with the right tools, if that's what you're t
  22. Well, while I'm not too familiar with making a SBS Saiga run, I can tell you that my factory Saiga 12 did not run Winchester reliably, either. What I did is purchase a Tac-47 Autoplug. That solved that issue. However, I must add that while the Winchester cheap box did not run with factory components, the Federal value pack did. Now, obviously, I wouldn't know about "your" particular Walmart, but ours stocks the Federal right next to the Winchester, so perhaps give that a go if you can? Also, just wondering, why not perform the pistol grip conversion? I can guarantee it's easier than what y
