I recently purchased a new Smith and Wesson M P 10 in 308. It will not run Fedral lake city 7.62 x 51 or MKE 7.62 x 51 worth a darn short strokes might as well be a bolt action . My Saiga will spit it out all day . I purchased the S&W MP 10 after reading a review at buds gun shop somebody had put 500 round of Mke thru his .It will run the heck out of PMC 308b and hornady fast as you can pull the trigger , I haven't tried anything else yet . I probably should have went with the Sig 716 but my kids like to eat , but it is a good excuse to buy some more ammo . That's a good excuse to tell the

I would like to put a scope on my Saiga 308 . I would like to know what you guys think are the best way to mount one . I have looked at a couple of different ways and cant decide . I am planning on putting a full size scope on it , as I plan to hunt with it this year . I am looking for a side mount that is rock solid or close. I am not looking to add an aimpoint . My vision is20/50 so iron sights don't work at 150 200 yards anymore. Thanks for your imput

I checked Primary arms and I think I will go with the 308 p mags lr/sr 20 rounders for 14.00. I need about 6 of those .

Thanks I did not realize they had hired somebody involved in Ruby Ridge I believe that I will pass on their mags and just wait for p mags to go on sale or some lancers.

I usually buy p mags but I saw on Slick Guns some Troy battle mags for 7.00 a piece anybody ever use them . Do you like them imput would be appreiciatied

I believe the first thing I would do is call the police and let them get the operator of the drone for peeping or trespassing . The response time in these little towns is fast and the cops would probably been on his side if he had called them first. They get off on stuff like that around here. I saw one of these at a sale recently didn't pick it up old man said it was a Browning A5 had a gold trigger ,he was asking 900 for it I could tell it was an old gun but looked very well taken care . I just wondered what they are worth ?

I am thinking about a Smith and Wesson Mp-10 1249.00 at Buds / also thinking about a Sig 716 1750.00 at Buds . I gave heard the Dpms gen 2 are nice but ,I have an Dpms LR-308 and it has been nothing but a headache . My limit IS 1500.00 MAX LESS IS BETTER . The Sig would be strecthin me but they do have free layway . imput would be appreciated

I went to some yard sales with my wife this weekend , usually I go 2 or 3 times a year . here is my question old man 1 foot in the grave the other standing on the side . He has an older Ruger m 77 in 30.06 has a 3x9 weatherby scope his price 450.00 bottom . the gun looks great good bluing , good wood not one scratch , crown looked good barrel clean . I doubt if it has been shot much . I really don't need a 30.06 just another mouth to feed , but it was nice should I buy ? I was doing some foundation work on my mothers house , and my wife was digging thru the kid's clothes as we live on a farm right next door , and she said I found some 22 bullets . I am thinking these are older than I am , so I say ok . I finally get done jacking and blocking , climb out of the crawl space and there are 6 50 round boxes of CCI Stinger brand new 3 each in a wally world bag . it wasn't a big find ,but I do remember buying them . It was in the time of the great panic. Just 300 rounds ,but it was cool to find . You guys ever do anything like this ?

Make sure you eat at LAMBERTS CAFE IN FOLEY AL. Last time we went to Gulf Shores we ate there twice. Look them up on the net [ home of the thrown rolls ] pretty good food and they have a fun atmosphere . I was down and the walked by and spilled pepsi / frozen molasses on the table I about climbed out of the booth , but not 1 drop came out. If you ask for a roll they will pitch it across the room to you if you don't catch it they will throw another . It is a good atmosphere especially if you have kids and close to the Tangers outlet shopping center.

Well I missed the boat on that one . I was in TENN picking up a truck bed for my son didn't get back until this morning. I prefer Hornady in my family we do a lot of deer hunting and our longest shot so far has been 268 yards . we use 150 gr SST bullets in 308 win. and there is no tracking . I have not seen a deer go over 30 feet, but all the shots were well made. when you process them the lungs just run out in a puddle. The sst bullets just seem to explode on impact but there is always an exit hole . I have tried other types of ammo REM. Win . Fed ,but the Hornadys always seem to drop them in there tracks . What types of premium ammo is your favorite , not talking about plinking

I carry concealed everywhere but , 3 places ,schools , banks , and government buildings. I live in a free state KY , and I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 .
