  1. Man its so sad. This place used to be so alive. So active. It's nothing but a waste land now it seem. When I first got my saiga long ago like when red jaket was at its peak in populariy, this place was off the hook.
  2. I have used an akm gas tube but not sure what country of origin on my iz132. Didn't even use that tension spring that stock saiga gas tubes use. Worked great and even rattled a bit.
  3. I know I might get some bashing for this but I must say both rifles are equally accurate, the build quality of both seem pretty close, although the russian 100 series is just awesome, but there is something about the crudeness of the Romanian AK that I just love. Both rifles have many thousand rounds through them. One thing I do like about AKM over Ak100 series are the availability of spare parts. So if you have a bolt break in your Saiga or my Saiga we are pretty much screwed. Man I hope the sanctions are lifted off Ruissia so we can keep getting Russian Aks because Kalashnikov USA is a joke
  4. A friend of mine has one and he has ran the hell out of it. It's ok but I would rather buy an AK or 2 of em for that price. It is neat though. I think you can switch barrels pretty quickly. I just don't know about the barrels, I am unsure if they use the correct mil-std barrel steel.
  5. Hey guys, new here, I am looking for a spec sheet for the AKM, the entire spec sheet but mainly the bolt head specs such as the lugs firing pin protrusion and firing pin hole size. Anybody have a clue.
  6. I love ideas like this, by the way nice forum, I am new here.
