  1. Who besides Atlantic Firearms has the best price on these right now. Thanks guys, Bud
  2. hey Guys. About to get another Saiga 762x39. Would like to know if there is a muzzle brake that you do not have to thread on that will stay attached and not go flying down the range after installing it. Also, are there any hi cap 762x39 mags now days that WORK. I had a 223 Saiga and used Surefire metal Weiger mags and they were flawless. All of these polymer, even Surefire mags scare me. thanks for your help guys. Bud
  3. Have a bunch of this in 2.75 and was hoping it is fine for home defense. Deep enough penetration, etc to end a bad situation quickly. Thanks for your input guys,Bud
  4. Indy you were right. Not even close did it work. so now to trade a 3" for a 2.75" with someone
  5. Was told when I bought my new Saiga 20 that it came witha mag for 2.75" shells. Went out and bought a ton of shells for 2.75 mag. Picked it up today and the mag says 76mm which I think is 3". Will what I have work and will it be as reliable as the proper mag for the ammo I have. I was getting this for Home defense. Thanks guys, Bud
  6. Are there any that go on the 19" Saiga 20? Is that piece that is on there now tack welded? Where could someone find one. Thanks guys
  7. Merry Christmas everyone. I am putting out the call to someone who might have the equipment to thread my barrel and install a muzzle brake on my Saiga 223. I will supply the brake, pay both ways shipping and pay you for your time. I will also have the pesky barrel shroud at the end removed before I ship to you, so all you do is thread barrel and put on brake. If you are willing and will do a good job you can email me at LBBMK@comcast.net My name is Bud
  8. Anyone know of a 1" cheap but solid flashlight holder for a saiga 20. I am just looking for something that attaches to the barrel and then the flashlight. Thanks guys, Bud
  9. Just got a Saiga 20 for home defense. What inexpensive light mounts are out there. There are a million types and bright tness levels for lights but is there some mount that goes on the barrell and then you put a light on that. Maybe something universal. Not looking for anything 300.00 and super tactical. Thanks guys as always
  10. Took out the new Saiga 20 today. Shot 30 rounds of #4 2 3/4 and 25 rounds of #4 3"had4 stvepipes on ejection with the 2 3/4. No problems at all with the 3". Bud
  11. Thank you very much Cobra, that was great. Bud
  12. I have a Saiga stock that has superficial scratches on it. They are not deep into the plastic, but they are there. You know if you even look at these stocks they get a mark on them. Any way to sand down or do something to bring back to original. Thanks guys, Bud
  13. Would like to get one but have been reading here about all the wedges, springs and such to make them feed properly. Which do these like better, 2 3/4 or 3" shells. What is the verdict gentlemen. Bud
  14. Gonzox, Yes I am married with 3 youngish children. I have had 3 12ga shotguns and sold them all. I just do not like them. Understood they are the best for home defense, but, I just have a problem having a weapon I paid for and never shooting it. The saiga 12 would be best but was just trying to save some money in asking the original question about the 410. I certainly appreciate all the responses
  15. Hi guys. Can a Saiga 410 do what is needed in a home invasion situation. Or will it just make some one mad. 25' max. I know the 12 would be better but just asking about the 410. Thanks guys
