If I had shot the gun I guess I would do that. Seems like I should bring it back to the big chain sporting goods store I purchased it from?? I wouldn't even know what to look for..thanks for answering so quickly I appreciate it

Just purchased a couple of hours ago. Can't get safety lever to go to safe. Charging handle will not move front or back. Ejection port cover will not open. Just took it out of the box. Help please?
