  1. The pin in the bolt is an area I had not thought of. Pison, and all the go with it have been cleaned. Can you actually screw the gas cap on too far? What would happen if you set it out farther but still on #2 setting?
  2. OK so I buy an unconverted Saiga 12, get hooked and buy one of Tony's awesome machines. Sold the unconverted Saiga 12 to a buddy and the gun just won't seem to cycle. Here's the story. He took the gun out and it would start to jam on #2 setting with 7 1/2 shot on the last round of a 5 round magazine. Slugs and buckshot on #1 setting would work fine. It seems it started to get worse, to the point now it will no longer extract the empty shells on slugs or buckshot. He came over and I completely went through the gun. 3. Bought a Saiga 12 off of Warthog, good communications and awesome shotgun.
  4. It's all aluminum correct? The top rail, can you mount optics ( I guess I'm asking if that is an actual weaver rail). Only took a couple minutes here. Used a rubber mallet and an hex wrench. It comes with instructions.
  5. How hard is it to install one of these yourself?
  6. I'm interested in the same question. Waiting on my Tromix, should be here early next week. I have 6 10 rd mags waiting to see how it works. The follower seems to be sticky, so I'll just have to take it apart and fix that so they are nice and free.
  7. Oh how I wish I could my friend. The 12 gauge needs to eat though!! Can't wait to get the 12 gauge either!
  8. My jaw dropped when I got an email from Tony saying he was 90-120 days out. But I thought that would be about right for good gunsmiths, actually even better than most. I hate waiting, but sometimes you have to to get the best. And NO it was not me he is talking about....LOL.
