my saiga 20 doesnt rattle clean or dirty I run the 6 post regulator as well, imo your puck is just worn, get a new puck they arent all that expensive pretty sure the 6 postion regulator came with a new puck, but its been awhile.. of course i also have the same on my s12 .. so i have some spare pucks, though on the 12 i had to drill extra ports in the gas tube .. the s12 she dont like low recoil i generally run 1500fps or higher rounds .. like remington express 1750 for birdshot when shooting clays, but i ramble on.. no rattling in either the s20 or the s12 from the

I went with a texas dograil.. .. for my s12 .. but then mounted it on my s20 . since they (css) said it wouldnt fit.. well it fits.. had to a do a little bending of the dust guard that runs on the spring.. it was rubbing when cycled.
