Where can I get a FSB with threads and bayo for a 308 saiga/vepr barrel? Doesnt seem like there are any options.

"of like kind" is the key gentlemen. The striker 12 has the drum built-in, doesnt eject shells, doesnt automatically cock the firing pin, etc. My good friend is also a FFL/SOT here in Virginia and says its perfectly legal. Plus..the drum holds 20...exclamation point!

I agree that "sporting purposes" contradicts the 2nd amendment. But, lets face it, you have to beat them at thier own game. I like the idea. If a million people are a member of the "Plinkers Sporting Association", they will have a hard time ignoring it. Its a great idea, and if its free, most firearm owners would probably join. Remember, this report is to see how much resistance there is to outlaw Saiga-12s.

What width sling is supposed to be used with the KVAR buttstock? It seems inbetween 1.25 and 1.5 inches. Thanks!

I had the same problem with an Arsenal SGL-10. It looked to me like a deformed piece more than assembled wrong. If I knew how bad arsenal was going to screw me over, I would have just sold it and bought a new one.

This law refers to permanently afixed drums and was passed to specifically outlaw Streetsweepers. There has been talks to even remove this law. "Virginia is for "Gun" Lovers" -
Bought a rifle from them before. No problems.
