My wife gave birth to our son this evening at 8:49PM. Elijah weighed 6lbs 11ozm and was 20-1/2" long. We have been BLESSED with a healthy beautiful child.

The only one I have seen like this is the Israeli HBAR FALO. I have also seen the Tapco "SAW" Plastic replacement FAL stock. And yes, I have seen a lot of FALs.

I fail to understand the need of some people to vilify, denigrate & insult their own race, creed, religion, or ethnicity in a misguided attempt at pandering to another! What kind of intense self-hatred could inspire this type of sycophantic behavior? This pandering goes as far as aping the stereotypical behavior of the favored group, where such pantomime would be seen as insulting by someone less desperately servile

Yes, Kevin, they are great examples. DJ Big Dog, I fully agree, any celebration of the majority is viewed as little more racism. I think that everyone should enjoy an equal right to be proud of their group. Shandlanos, any comic panders to the interest of his audience for his own financial interest.However I see your example as less egregious then the ones I was eluding to.

Took the test for the job at the detention center this morning. Passed with a 47/50. Got an oral interview on the 22nd. Gotta turn in a background check packet soon. Hopefully they'll let me explain my past legal discrepencies from my younger days! lol But hey, I put it on my app, so they already knew about it and still called me back for the testing.

I got a 20 page vehicle maintence report from the PD that had my CV.. they serviced to 159,164 miles before parking/selling.. I am happy .. now I have records on it..

One of my parents' cats is an attention whore - he gets annoyed when you stop petting him, and consequently, he goes around and tries to mess around with something until you call his name. He then runs at you, purring while expecting to be pet again.

I want to add my appreciation to TAPCO, and Customer Service Rep Kevin, for going the extra-mile for me today. Somehow I mis-placed (read LOST) the opposite side plate and screw to hold on the butt-end stock sling mount for my TAPCO T6 stock (Saiga-12). No questions from Kevin at all, just a "Where do I send the two missing pieces?" I remember when many companies had service like this, and am pleased to see that TAPCO has maintained that level !
