New IZ-109 Saiga-12 for sale
MAAnew replied to MikeD's topic in Unsorted Ads prior to November 2012 (WTS / WTT)
that is a pretty good price. Everyone is looking for one and this isn't much more than they were 6 months ago. -
Anyone know if you can own a Saiga 12 and 10 round AGP mags if you live in Hawaii?

This is a direct quote but it answers your question. My best advise is to not move. "You are considered to be a personal handgun importer as defined by California law. You may bring all of your otherwise California-legal firearms with you, but you must report all of your handguns to the DOJ within 60 days as required utilizing the New Resident Handgun Ownership Report. You may not bring ammunition feeding devices with a capacity greater than ten rounds, machineguns, or assault weapons into California. (PC se

Can a resident of CA legally own a Saiga-12 AGP mag? I had no orders from CA on the first 1500 that I had shipped. The last couple hundred orders have had at least a dozen people from CA. I have not shipped any of them to CA. I have read where it is a class D felony to sell to a high capacity magazine (anything greater than 10 rounds). I have seen bill drafts and other websites where it states that there is a 5 rounds limit for a shotgun, but I haven't actually seen it in the CA penal code. Does anyone know?

I agree. I bought both my Saigas there.

If you are handing them out, I wouldn't mind having a few extra...

My concealed to carry gun is a Glock 19. Looks great with my new 33 round mags.

H.R. 1022 now has 26 co-sponsors including most police organizations

lets hope. only time will tell. if this bill doesn't get signed now, it will be signed by the president elected in 08. They are all anti-gun. Our only options now are to buy what we can now before they aren't available. The DC gun case will have a lot to say about future rights of gun owners, but I have very little faith in the USCT. Let me just say that if this lands on Bush's desk, I have no faith that he will veto it. When Bush made that statement in 2004 he had a republican congress and not a democratic one. He also had a republican cong -

Be careful what you do with Paypal. Paypal will kick you off if they find out you are using it for anything involving firearms. If you sell anything, you might want to make sure you leave Saiga or gun out of the payment. I have switched over to google checkout. They provide free credit card processing until July 2007 and they guarantee against fradulent chargebacks (unlike paypal). -
The scariest thing is Bush will probably sign it. Didn't he tell congress he would reauthorize it when it expired?

Obama wants to ban all guns in the US, not just semi-autos. It is my fear that if this ever came before the SC, the SC would hold (in a 6-3 decision with Scalia, Thomas, and Alito dissenting) that there is a special governmental need for the ban of firearms. Things do not look good for gun owners especially since the next president (republican or democrat) is going to be anti-gun.

I have been looking for stats like this for some time. If you ever find them, please let me know.

Not tricked out. just basic 12 gauge

Does anyone know what type of government approval we must get (if any) to export Saiga Mags to Russia and the UK? There seems to be a pretty high demand in Russia for American made mags.

I am having someone update the site with a picture of our business, location, hours, other items we sell, ect..... I am not great at making websites, so I have a basic one now. If you check back in the middle of next week, it will be substantially better. I am hoping we won't have any mags left at that time. Thanks for the suggestion.

I bought two Saiga 12s from Gilbert's Guns for my personal use and I am looking for a 3rd one. I would like to get sent off to Tromix before the new crime bill. Anyone know where I can find one in stock for $400 or less? email me at nathanyow@gmail.com Thanks

We are now taking pre-orders for Saiga 10 Round 12 Gauge AGP Magazines. For the price of one 8 round Russian magazine, you can purchase 2 AGP 10 round mags. These magazines feature a rugged design. They have improved "spring steel" feed clips that virtually eliminate feed issues. The guides are smooth from the 1st shot to the last. These magazines also feature an extra 1/2 inch at the end to make loading into a bolt closed shotgun easier (unlike other magazines that have no margin). Saiga 12 shotguns are 13 foreign parts. Whether you convert or wish to use above 5 rounds, you must be at 10
