  3. Sweet rifle do you have any close ups?

  4. That looks COOL! Got any pics of it installed? I have a longer barrel, if I mount the adaptor up against the gas block the knife won't stick out past the brake.... does it have to be up against it, if it's out further does it need welded or something?? No welding. Here is a close up of the bayonet with the muzzle brake. Get the thin barrel bayonet adaptor, if your Saiga is the long and thin barrel type.
  5. Simple set up - added muzzle brake, bayonet, and folding stock.
  6. There is a new way now with a brake. No welding needed.
  7. To secure an AR15 bayonet on a Saiga 308 carbine without modifying the gun, the handle of a standard bayonet can be shortened. CMMG used to carry a short handle bayonet CMMG. Here is the picture of it: CMMG no longer carries such an item, although the handle of this mini bayonet may be too short for a Saiga 308 carbine if a clamp on adapter lug is installed furthest possible from the muzzle. To make one for your own carbine, you would need to shorten the handle of a standard bayonet (about $30). This could be done by cutting the handle short for about 1-3/8" from the middle (still
  8. Has anyone ever bump fired a Saiga .308? Does it work with a Saiga .308 without a muzzle brake?

    Zero range

Using Monarch 150 gr soft point ammo. 16" carbine. Zero at 100 yards.
  11. I enlarged a Russian/Chinese AK47 pinned on muzzle brake (AK74 style) ID with hand tools. It was not a successful project for me. It now only serves as adding some extra strength to hold the bayonet. A clam-on or a twist on type of adaptor or muzzle brake would be good...
  12. Easy to insert the magazine in to the gun. But if the magazine is not properly locked in place, all kind of feed problems are possible. And it may have nothing to do with the magazine or the gun.
  13. That looks COOL! Got any pics of it installed?
