  1. Topmaul, I have some of the early prototype magazines that are dimensionally the same as the production run, just aren't as "pretty". If you want one to test a +2 extension and not worry about hacking up one you paid for, I can send you one or two of them for you to test with. If your interested either PM me your mailing address, or send an email to me: brian.platt@btparms.com -Brian
  2. Hello Guys!! Just to respond to some concerns here-- If anyone thought that we would continue to sell magazines for $14.95/each, I'm sorry that this wasn't made clear. When any new product is brought to market, there is always some hesitation and resistance in the mind of the consumer. Does this product work? Is there value in the price? You would be a fool to trust anyone who has a financial interest in promoting a product who "says" it works. The easiest way to get past this hurdle is to get the new product into the hands of the consumer quickly, and the best way to do this
  3. Hello ATD, If you purchase one of our new magazines, I will include an extra feed lip for you free of charge. Just send me a private message here with your order number. -Brian
  4. Hello Everyone, We are happy that many have received their magazines and everyone seems to be pleased with them. Everyone we have spoken with seems to agree that they are an excellent alternative to the Russian made magazines. The Saiga-12 that we used for acceptance testing of these magazines for fit and function was one we had to purchase used. We can take any of the imported magazines and they will easily "rock and lock" into this gun without any need to "fit" it to the particular gun. I believe it was an EAA import, serial number is 01405757 which may help with dating this par
  5. As for the Eagle's buy them now while you can. Without disclosing too much information, they may not be available "for long" based on our attempts to buy in the quantities we purchased in the past. They are by far the best deal in Ruger 10/22 magazines, but think they have either priced them too cheap or there are other unknown issues within the company.
  6. Hello Gas Giant, If you want to see videos, there are two on our website showing the mags "rock and lock" without any issues, and that they feed all 5 rounds perfect when cycling the action. Video showing magazines being tested I'm sure once magazines begin shipping this week there will be many positive reviews to read. Thanks!
  7. If you are looking to fit 5rd magazines into a pouch, we have a French magazine pouch that will work perfectly. It will hold five loaded magazines and they are easily removed from the pouch. It snaps closed with the magazines in, and can be used on a belt or comes with a shoulder sling. French Magazine Pouch - Will Work With Saiga-12 5rd Mags
  8. Well, if I were trying to sell these I certainly would have said they were, IF they were. Right on. It is one of the biggest selling points they could make! Hey Guys, A few responses--- First, these magazines are not made in China. There is an arms embargo in place and any semi-automatic weapon component made in China cannot be imported on a Form 6. Second, these magazines are not made in the USA. The plastic parts (magazine body, follower, and floor plates) were produced by the largest injection molding company in Taiwan who makes polymer weapons components for near
  9. Hey Guys, Awhile back we were trying to negotiate a large purchase of Saiga-12 magazines from an exporter in Europe. Due to a number of reasons, namely the value of the dollar, this became not a practical option for us. I can fully understand and appreciate why the wholesale cost of a 5rd magazine is over $30 now. What we decided to do was have our own magazines produced and we are finally ready to start to sell them! They function and look just as good as the factory originals with the only thing missing being the IZHMASH trademarked logo. While we were designing this magazine
  10. Hey Guys, Have a question for all of your Saiga-12 fans. We have been offered a large quantity of Saiga-12 magazines, they are 5rd mags made available to us by a foreign exporter. In order for us to be able to purchase them, we have to take at least 10,000 pieces. The good news is, at that quantity we could offer then brand new for $19.95 each in singles, and offer quantity discounts for higher purchases. Now here is the interesting thing. If we purchase the 10,000 5rd magazines, we will then be able to purchase a smaller--but still significant--number of 8rd magazines and b
