I've saved up the cash and want one or the other, now which to choose and why?
-
Took mine off with a pair of pliers and some grunting. It is standard AK thread underneath the nut. 14x1LH
-
Just buy any ordinary ones and remove the nose. its done in a few minutes But then the lrbho wouldn't be actuated correct?
-
I'm really wanting to get one of the ver 30's converted but I just can't see running drills and doing mag changes with $100 a pop mags. Does Saigatech sell those mags or just show a tutorial on how to make them?
-
Other than these $100 bad boys: https://legionusainc.com/saiga-12-izhmash-original-magwell-magazine-8-round-iz-408.html Are there any cheaper, US made perhaps, options out there yet. I saw a thread about converting AGP mags but that seems above my skill level.

I am # 20 and have not received my refund yet but I have talked to Brian and he said it would be about a month, about a month ago.
-
That is very bad ass sir! Build it yourself? I've got a 500m rear sight if you need one.
-
I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot more top cover rails being imported now that side rails are no longer an option.
-
I have a feeling we are getting closer to getting a handle on these. I heard the legion merger is complete.
-
I was #20 but I don't know that, that translates to the order of calls.
-
Just spoke with Brian, super nice guy. He said the reason the calls are going out a little slow is due to the conversations being so long. He only has time for 3-4 of them a day. After speaking with him I completely understand since we were on the phone for at least half an hour if not more. This is not his full time gig so he is using up quite a bit of his free time doing these calls. All will make since after you speak with him as to why he hasn't been posting much information. My confidence is as high as ever that the Ver30s will be here soon enough.
