  1. Does anyone know how much shorter the Skeletonized Buttstock is over the standered one? I was really hopeing to keep this one stock and maybe get a .223 to do a conversion on later.
  2. Thank you, appreciate the information. I figured there had to be an easy solution to this.
  3. I purchased this POSP scope from Military Gun Supply. I am trying to mount it but I can not get it to tighten up. I looked at others on E-bay and see they have a slightly different mounting bracket. The directions say there should be a nut to adjust the tension but this one doesn't have that. The one on e-bay also has the nut and the adjustment handle on top. http://www.militarygunsupply.com/shop/item...itemid=SCRU0004 Has anyone used this mount before? How did you get it to tighten up?
  4. I just got a POSP 8x42 scope today. It seemed really long in the store but now that it is mounted I can not use it comfortably. The stock seems an inch or two too long. I did not want to do a conversion on this yet but now I am thinking it will be the only way to put on a shorter stock. Has anyone else had this problem?
  5. Thanks for the replys. My AR (is that a bad word on this site?) is chambered in .223 and won't use 5.56. I have some surplus 5.56 so I can use that as a good excuse to get a .223 Saiga.
  6. I just got my first Saiga this weekend. It is a .308. I have not had a chance to shoot it yet but I think I am really going to like it. In fact I am already thinking of another one in .223. Will these use both .223 and surplus 5.56? I'm thinking they are chambered .223 only but I can't find a definite answer. Thanks.
