I still have to say wicked that my kimber has still never failed.

I saw one at a local shop about 6 months ago and I also liked it, why not just have one BIG handgun. How much was yours and is it a 8" barrel. Also I know it was painfull 9 rounds but what kind of accuracy did you get from the "JUMBO GUN".

That had to have been damn near point blank range to put down an elk with a 175gr round, do you know where he hit it? Most of the shops and gunsmiths say that even for deer they'd go with the 200gr round.

I plan to use the Hornady 200gr xtp for deer this fall. Are you familiar with this round and do you think its to heavy of a bullet to drop one at 40 yards. Keep in mind my kimber has a 5" barrel.

Just got home from Scheels allsports and held a glock 20 10mm for the first time and it sure felt lightweight. Wicked how much does that badboy weigh? I think mine is approximately 2 1/3 lbs.

This looks the perfect ccp weapon for a woman or anyone for that matter. It looks just a hair bigger then that .22 beretta I had, they are so easy to hide. What state are you guys in and what is ccp law there?

Hello wicked!! I now see why you defend the plastic gun so seriously. You went and spent to much money on to many of them instead of just buying 1 or 2 really nice guns or like ONE REALLY EXPENSIVE DESERT EAGLE. I'm pretty sure you said you couldn't afford one. I believe you when you say you've seen to many kimbers fail at the range or in competion but my 10mm has never failed anywhere and its been dirty, hot, cold and slightly wet. Its had chainsaw shavings sprayed on it then 20 minutes later killed a beaver at 25 yards so you can take that or leave it. I MUST HAVE BOUGHTEN THE ONL
